DEUTERONOMY 1 17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be AFRAID of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. 29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be AFRAID of them. DEUTERONOMY 2 4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be AFRAID of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore: DEUTERONOMY 3 14 Jair the son of Manasseh took all the country of Argob unto the coasts of Geshuri and Maachathi; and called them after his own NAME, Bashanhavothjair, unto this day. DEUTERONOMY 5 5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were AFRAID by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying, 11 Thou shalt not take the NAME of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his NAME in vain. DEUTERONOMY 6 13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his NAME. DEUTERONOMY 7 18 Thou shalt not be AFRAID of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; 19 The great temptations which thine eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the stretched out arm, whereby the LORD thy God brought thee out: so shall the LORD thy God do unto all the people of whom thou art AFRAID. 24 And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their NAME from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them. DEUTERONOMY 9 14 Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their NAME from under heaven: and I will make of thee a nation mightier and greater than they. 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. DEUTERONOMY 10 8 At that time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto him, and to bless in his NAME, unto this day. 20 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his NAME. DEUTERONOMY 12 5 But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his NAME there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come: 11 Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his NAME to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD: 21 If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his NAME there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after. DEUTERONOMY 14 23 And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his NAME there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always. 24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his NAME there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: DEUTERONOMY 16 2 Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his NAME there. 6 But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his NAME in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt. 11 And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his NAME there. DEUTERONOMY 18 5 For the LORD thy God hath chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand to minister in the NAME of the LORD, him and his sons for ever. 7 Then he shall minister in the NAME of the LORD his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, which stand there before the LORD. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my NAME, I will require it of him. 20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my NAME, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the NAME of other gods, even that prophet shall die. 22 When a prophet speaketh in the NAME of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be AFRAID of him. DEUTERONOMY 21 5 And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the NAME of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried: DEUTERONOMY 22 14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil NAME upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid: 19 And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil NAME upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days. DEUTERONOMY 25 6 And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the NAME of his brother which is dead, that his NAME be not put out of Israel. 7 And if the man like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a NAME in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother. 10 And his NAME shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.
