And there it is unto this day. 10 There was nothing in the ARK save the two tables which Moses put therein at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt. 2 CHRONICLES 6 11 And in it have I put the ARK, wherein is the covenant of the LORD, that he made with the children of Israel. 41 Now therefore arise, O LORD God, into thy resting place, thou, and the ARK of thy strength: let thy priests, O LORD God, be clothed with salvation, and let thy saints rejoice in goodness. 2 CHRONICLES 8 11 And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ARK of the LORD hath come. 2 CHRONICLES 35 3 And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ARK in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel, PSALM 132 8 Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ARK of thy strength.
