GENESIS 5 1 This is the book of the generations of ADAM. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; 2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name ADAM, in the day when they were created. 3 And ADAM lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth: 4 And the days of ADAM after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters: 5 And all the days that ADAM lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died. DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. JOSHUA 2 7 And the men pursued after them the way to Jordan unto the FORDS: and as soon as they which pursued after them were gone out, they shut the gate. JOSHUA 3 16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city ADAM, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho. JUDGES 3 28 And he said unto them, Follow after me: for the LORD hath delivered your enemies the Moabites into your hand. And they went down after him, and took the FORDS of Jordan toward Moab, and suffered not a man to pass over. JUDGES 6 37 Behold, I will put a FLEECE of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the FLEECE only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. 38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the FLEECE together, and wringed the dew out of the FLEECE, a bowl full of water. 39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the FLEECE; let it now be dry only upon the FLEECE, and upon all the ground let there be dew. 40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the FLEECE only, and there was dew on all the ground. 1 CHRONICLES 1 1 ADAM, Sheth, Enosh, JOB 31 20 If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the FLEECE of my sheep; 33 If I covered my transgressions as ADAM, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom: ISAIAH 16 2 For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the FORDS of Arnon. ISAIAH 24 15 Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the FIRES, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea. LUKE 3 38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of ADAM, which was the son of God. ROMANS 5 14 Nevertheless death reigned from ADAM to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of ADAM's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. 1 CORINTHIANS 15 22 For as in ADAM all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 45 And so it is written, The first man ADAM was made a living soul; the last ADAM was made a quickening spirit. 1 TIMOTHY 2 13 For ADAM was first formed, then Eve. 14 And ADAM was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. JUDE 1 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from ADAM, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, --END-- |
