JOB 7 1 Is there not AN appointed time to man upon earth? are not his days also like the days of AN hireling? 2 As a servant earnestly desireth the shadow, and as AN hireling looketh for the reward of his work: JOB 13 16 He also shall be my salvation: for AN hypocrite shall not come before him. JOB 14 3 And doth thou open thine eyes upon such AN one, and bringest me into judgment with thee? 4 Who can bring a clean thing out of AN unclean? not one. 6 Turn from him, that he may rest, till he shall accomplish, as AN hireling, his day. JOB 16 3 Shall vain words have AN end? or what emboldeneth thee that thou answerest? JOB 18 2 How long will it be ere ye make AN end of words? mark, and afterwards we will speak. JOB 19 15 They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am AN alien in their sight. 24 That they were graven with AN iron pen and lead in the rock for ever! JOB 20 19 Because he hath oppressed and hath forsaken the poor; because he hath violently taken away AN house which he builded not; JOB 26 10 He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to AN end. JOB 28 3 He setteth AN end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness, and the shadow of death. JOB 31 6 Let me be weighed in AN even balance that God may know mine integrity. 11 For this is AN heinous crime; yea, it is AN iniquity to be punished by the judges. 20 If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the FLEECE of my sheep; 28 This also were AN iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above. JOB 33 23 If there be a messenger with him, AN interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness: JOB 40 9 Hast thou AN arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him? 15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as AN ox. JOB 41 1 Canst thou draw out leviathan with AN hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 2 Canst thou put AN hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? JOB 42 11 Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one AN earring of gold. 16 After this lived Job AN hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations. PSALM 5 9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is AN open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue. PSALM 7 9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to AN end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins. PSALM 11 6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and AN horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup. PSALM 18 25 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with AN upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright; PSALM 26 12 My foot standeth in AN even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD. PSALM 27 3 Though AN host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. PSALM 31 2 Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for AN house of defence to save me. PSALM 33 2 Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and AN instrument of ten strings. 7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as AN heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. 16 There is no king saved by the multitude of AN host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. 17 AN horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. PSALM 38 4 For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as AN heavy burden they are too heavy for me. PSALM 39 5 Behold, thou hast made my days as AN handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah. PSALM 40 2 He brought me up also out of AN horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. PSALM 41 8 AN evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more. PSALM 43 1 Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against AN ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man. PSALM 48 7 Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with AN east wind. PSALM 50 21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such AN one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. PSALM 55 12 For it was not AN enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him: PSALM 57 7 My heart is FIXED, O God, my heart is FIXED: I will sing and give praise. PSALM 64 5 They encourage themselves in AN evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them? 7 But God shall shoot at them with AN arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded. PSALM 68 15 The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; AN high hill as the hill of Bashan. 21 But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such AN one as goeth on still in his trespasses. PSALM 69 8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and AN alien unto my mother's children. 13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in AN acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. 31 This also shall please the LORD better than AN ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs. --MORE-- |
