GENESIS 36 6 And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his substance, which he HAD got in the land of Canaan; and went into the country from the face of his brother Jacob. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favoured. 13 And it came to pass, when she saw that he HAD left his garment in her hand, and was fled forth, GENESIS 40 1 And it came to pass after these things, that the butler of the king of Egypt and his baker HAD offended their lord the king of Egypt. 16 When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said unto Joseph, I also was in my dream, and, behold, I HAD three white baskets on my head: 22 But he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph HAD interpreted to them. GENESIS 41 21 And when they HAD eaten them up, it could not be known that they HAD eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke. 43 And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he HAD; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt. 54 And the seven years of dearth began to come, according as Joseph HAD said: and the dearth was in all lands; but in all the land of Egypt there was bread. GENESIS 43 2 And it came to pass, when they HAD eaten up the corn which they HAD brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, Go again, buy us a little food. 6 And Israel said, Wherefore dealt ye so ill with me, as to tell the man whether ye HAD yet a brother? 10 For except we HAD lingered, surely now we HAD returned this second time. 23 And he said, Peace be to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I HAD your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them. GENESIS 44 2 And put my cup, the silver cup, in the sack's mouth of the youngest, and his corn money. And he did according to the word that Joseph HAD spoken. GENESIS 45 27 And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he HAD said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph HAD sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived: GENESIS 46 1 And Israel took his journey with all that he HAD, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac. 5 And Jacob rose up from Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh HAD sent to carry him. 6 And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they HAD gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him: GENESIS 47 11 And Joseph placed his father and his brethren, and gave them a possession in the land of Egypt, in the best of the land, in the land of Rameses, as Pharaoh HAD commanded. 22 Only the land of the priests bought he not; for the priests HAD a portion assigned them of Pharaoh, and did eat their portion which Pharaoh gave them: wherefore they sold not their lands. 27 And Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they HAD possessions therein, and grew, and multiplied exceedingly. GENESIS 48 11 And Israel said unto Joseph, I HAD not thought to see thy face: and, lo, God hath shewed me also thy seed. GENESIS 49 33 And when Jacob HAD made an end of commanding his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and yielded up the ghost, and was gathered unto his people. GENESIS 50 14 And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he HAD buried his father. EXODUS 2 6 And when she HAD opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she HAD compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews' children. 16 Now the priest of Midian HAD seven daughters: and they came and drew water, and filled the troughs to water their father's flock. 25 And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God HAD respect unto them. EXODUS 4 28 And Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD who HAD sent him, and all the signs which he HAD commanded him. 30 And Aaron spake all the words which the LORD HAD spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people. 31 And the people believed: and when they heard that the LORD HAD visited the children of Israel, and that he HAD looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped. EXODUS 5 14 And the officers of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh's taskmasters HAD set over them, were beaten, and demanded, Wherefore have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick both yesterday and to day, as heretofore? EXODUS 7 10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD HAD commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. 13 And he hardened Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD HAD said. 22 And the magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the LORD HAD said. 25 And seven days were fulfilled, after that the LORD HAD smitten the river. EXODUS 8 12 And Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto the LORD because of the frogs which he HAD brought against Pharaoh. 15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD HAD said. 19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD HAD said. EXODUS 9 12 And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD HAD spoken unto Moses. 35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD HAD spoken by Moses. EXODUS 10 15 For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail HAD left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt. 23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel HAD light in their dwellings. EXODUS 12 28 And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD HAD commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they. 39 And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither HAD they prepared for themselves any victual. EXODUS 13 17 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh HAD let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt: 19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him: for he HAD straitly sworn the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you; and ye shall carry up my bones away hence with you. --MORE-- |
