NUMBERS 23 9 For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall DWELL alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations. JOSHUA 20 4 And when he that doth flee unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may DWELL among them. 6 And he shall DWELL in that city, until he stand before the congregation for judgment, and until the death of the high priest that shall be in those days: then shall the slayer return, and come unto his own city, and unto his own house, unto the city from whence he fled. JOSHUA 21 2 And they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to DWELL in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle. JUDGES 1 21 And the children of Benjamin did not drive out the Jebusites that inhabited Jerusalem; but the Jebusites DWELL with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem unto this day. 27 Neither did Manasseh drive out the inhabitants of Bethshean and her towns, nor Taanach and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Ibleam and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns: but the Canaanites would DWELL in that land. 35 But the Amorites would DWELL in mount Heres in Aijalon, and in Shaalbim: yet the hand of the house of Joseph prevailed, so that they became tributaries. JUDGES 6 10 And I said unto you, I am the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye DWELL: but ye have not obeyed my voice. 37 Behold, I will put a FLEECE of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the FLEECE only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. 38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the FLEECE together, and wringed the dew out of the FLEECE, a bowl full of water. 39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the FLEECE; let it now be dry only upon the FLEECE, and upon all the ground let there be dew. 40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the FLEECE only, and there was dew on all the ground. JUDGES 9 41 And Abimelech dwelt at Arumah: and Zebul thrust out Gaal and his brethren, that they should not DWELL in Shechem. JUDGES 17 10 And Micah said unto him, DWELL with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals.
