EZRA 8 35 Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the CAPTIVITY, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the LORD. EZRA 9 7 Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to CAPTIVITY, and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day. EZRA 10 7 And they made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children of the CAPTIVITY, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem; 16 And the children of the CAPTIVITY did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter. NEHEMIAH 4 4 Hear, O our God; for we are despised: and turn their reproach upon their own head, and give them for a prey in the land of CAPTIVITY: NEHEMIAH 7 6 These are the children of the province, that went up out of the CAPTIVITY, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his city; NEHEMIAH 8 17 And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the CAPTIVITY made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness. ESTHER 2 6 Who had been carried away from Jerusalem with the CAPTIVITY which had been carried away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away. JOB 42 10 And the LORD turned the CAPTIVITY of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. PSALM 53 6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the CAPTIVITY of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad. PSALM 68 18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led CAPTIVITY captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them. PSALM 78 61 And delivered his strength into CAPTIVITY, and his glory into the enemy's hand. PSALM 85 1 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the CAPTIVITY of Jacob. PSALM 126 1 When the LORD turned again the CAPTIVITY of Zion, we were like them that dream. 4 Turn again our CAPTIVITY, O LORD, as the streams in the south. ISAIAH 5 13 Therefore my people are gone into CAPTIVITY, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. ISAIAH 22 17 Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty CAPTIVITY, and will surely cover thee. ISAIAH 46 2 They stoop, they bow down together; they could not deliver the burden, but themselves are gone into CAPTIVITY. ISAIAH 61 10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride ADORNETH herself with her jewels. JEREMIAH 15 2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the CAPTIVITY, to the CAPTIVITY. JEREMIAH 31 23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their CAPTIVITY; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness. JEREMIAH 32 44 Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal them, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for I will cause their CAPTIVITY to return, saith the LORD. Thus far is the judgment of Moab.
