Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses FOR Christ's sake: FOR when I am weak, then am I strong. 11 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: FOR I ought to have been commended of you: FOR in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing. 13 FOR what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong. 14 Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: FOR I seek not your's but you: FOR the children ought not to lay up FOR the parents, but the parents FOR the children. 15 And I will very gladly spend and be spent FOR you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved. 19 Again, think ye that we excuse ourselves unto you? we speak before God in Christ: but we do all things, dearly beloved, FOR your edifying. 20 FOR I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults: 2 CORINTHIANS 13 4 FOR though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. FOR we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. 8 FOR we can do nothing against the truth, but FOR the truth. 9 FOR we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. FOR if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. 12 FOR I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. 13 FOR ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: GALATIANS 2 5 To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not FOR an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. 6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person:) FOR they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: 8 (FOR he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) 12 FOR before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. 16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: FOR by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 18 FOR if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19 FOR I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. 20 I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself FOR me. 21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: FOR if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. GALATIANS 3 6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him FOR righteousness. 10 FOR as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: FOR it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: FOR, The just shall live by faith. 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse FOR us: FOR it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 18 FOR if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. 21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: FOR if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 26 FOR ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 FOR as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: FOR ye are all one in Christ Jesus. --MORE-- |
