DEUTERONOMY 1 13 Take you wise men, and understanding, and known AMONG your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you. 15 So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers AMONG your tribes. 42 And the LORD said unto me, Say unto them. DEUTERONOMY 7 14 Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren AMONG you, or AMONG your cattle. 20 Moreover the LORD thy God will send the hornet AMONG them, until they that are left, and hide themselves from thee, be destroyed. 21 Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the LORD thy God is AMONG you, a mighty God and terrible. DEUTERONOMY 13 1 If there arise AMONG you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, 11 And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is AMONG you. 13 Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from AMONG you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known; 14 Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought AMONG you; DEUTERONOMY 14 6 And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud AMONG the beasts, that ye shall eat. DEUTERONOMY 15 4 Save when there shall be no poor AMONG you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it: 7 If there be AMONG you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: DEUTERONOMY 16 11 And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are AMONG you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. DEUTERONOMY 17 2 If there be found AMONG you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, 7 The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from AMONG you. 15 Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from AMONG thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother. DEUTERONOMY 18 2 Therefore shall they have no inheritance AMONG their brethren: the LORD is their inheritance, as he hath said unto them. 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. 10 There shall not be found AMONG you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. 18 I will raise them up a Prophet from AMONG their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. DEUTERONOMY 19 3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may FLEE thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall FLEE thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; 5 As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall FLEE unto one of those cities, and live: 19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from AMONG you. 20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil AMONG you. --MORE-- |
