LUKE 16 3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I AM ashamed. 4 I AM resolved what to do, that, when I AM put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I AM tormented in this flame. LUKE 18 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I AM not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. LUKE 21 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I AM Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. LUKE 22 27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I AM among you as he that serveth. 33 And he said unto him, Lord, I AM ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. 58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I AM not. 70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I AM. JOHN 1 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I AM not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I AM not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 23 He said, I AM the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. 27 He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I AM not worthy to unloose. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore AM I come baptizing with water. --MORE-- |
