NUMBERS 1 3 From twenty years old and upward, all that are ABLE to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies. 14 Of GAD; Eliasaph the son of Deuel. 20 And the children of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 22 Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 24 Of the children of GAD, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 25 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of GAD, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty. 26 Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 28 Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 30 Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 32 Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 34 Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 36 Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 38 Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 40 Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 42 Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war; 45 So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were ABLE to go forth to war in Israel; NUMBERS 2 14 Then the tribe of GAD: and the captain of the sons of GAD shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel. NUMBERS 7 42 On the sixth day Eliasaph the son of Deuel, prince of the children of GAD, offered: NUMBERS 10 20 And over the host of the tribe of the children of GAD was Eliasaph the son of Deuel. NUMBERS 11 14 I am not ABLE to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. NUMBERS 26 2 Take the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, throughout their fathers' house, all that are ABLE to go to war in Israel. 15 The children of GAD after their families: of Zephon, the family of the Zephonites: of Haggi, the family of the Haggites: of Shuni, the family of the Shunites: 18 These are the families of the children of GAD according to those that were numbered of them, forty thousand and five hundred. NUMBERS 32 1 Now the children of Reuben and the children of GAD had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land of Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that, behold, the place was a place for cattle; 2 The children of GAD and the children of Reuben came and spake unto Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and unto the princes of the congregation, saying, 6 And Moses said unto the children of GAD and to the children of Reuben, Shall your brethren go to war, and shall ye sit here? 25 And the children of GAD and the children of Reuben spake unto Moses, saying, Thy servants will do as my lord commandeth. 29 And Moses said unto them, If the children of GAD and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession: 31 And the children of GAD and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the LORD hath said unto thy servants, so will we do. 33 And Moses gave unto them, even to the children of GAD, and to the children of Reuben, and unto half the tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land, with the cities thereof in the coasts, even the cities of the country round about. 34 And the children of GAD built Dibon, and Ataroth, and Aroer, NUMBERS 34 14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of GAD according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance: DEUTERONOMY 1 9 And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not ABLE to bear you myself alone: DEUTERONOMY 7 24 And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be ABLE to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them. DEUTERONOMY 9 28 Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not ABLE to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness. DEUTERONOMY 11 25 There shall no man be ABLE to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you. DEUTERONOMY 14 24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not ABLE to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: DEUTERONOMY 16 17 Every man shall give as he is ABLE, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee. DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. DEUTERONOMY 27 13 And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, GAD, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali. DEUTERONOMY 33 20 And of GAD he said, Blessed be he that enlargeth GAD: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head. JOSHUA 1 5 There shall not any man be ABLE to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. JOSHUA 4 12 And the children of Reuben, and the children of GAD, and half the tribe of Manasseh, passed over armed before the children of Israel, as Moses spake unto them: JOSHUA 13 24 And Moses gave inheritance unto the tribe of GAD, even unto the children of GAD according to their families. 28 This is the inheritance of the children of GAD after their families, the cities, and their villages. --MORE-- |
