JAMES 5 10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for AN example of suffering affliction, and of patience. 1 PETER 1 1 Peter, AN apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 4 To AN inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 1 PETER 2 5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, AN holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, AN holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; 21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us AN example, that ye should follow his steps: 1 PETER 3 5 For AFTER this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give AN answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 1 PETER 4 15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as AN evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters. 1 PETER 5 1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also AN elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, AFTER that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 2 PETER 1 1 Simon Peter, a servant and AN apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 11 For so AN entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able AFTER my decease to have these things always in remembrance. 2 PETER 2 6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with AN overthrow, making them AN ensample unto those that AFTER should live ungodly; 10 But chiefly them that walk AFTER the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: AN heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 20 For if AFTER they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, AFTER they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 2 PETER 3 3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking AFTER their own lusts, 1 JOHN 2 1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have AN advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but AN old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. 20 But ye have AN unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. 1 JOHN 5 20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us AN understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. 2 JOHN 1 6 And this is love, that we walk AFTER his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it. 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and AN antichrist. 3 JOHN 1 6 Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey AFTER a godly sort, thou shalt do well: JUDE 1 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going AFTER strange flesh, are set forth for AN example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. 11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily AFTER the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. 16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking AFTER their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. 18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk AFTER their own ungodly lusts. REVELATION 2 7 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. 11 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. 17 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. 29 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. REVELATION 3 6 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee AN open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 13 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 22 He that hath AN ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. REVELATION 4 1 AFTER this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto AN emerald. REVELATION 7 1 And AFTER these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed AN hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. 9 AFTER this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; REVELATION 8 1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half AN hour. 5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and AN earthquake. 13 And I beheld, and heard AN angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound! REVELATION 9 15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for AN hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. REVELATION 11 9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and AN half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 11 And AFTER three days and AN half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. 19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and AN earthquake, and great hail. --MORE-- |
