Behold, they which ARE gorgeously apparelled, and live delicately, ARE in kings' courts. 28 For I say unto you, Among those that ARE born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he. 31 And the Lord said, Whereunto then shall I liken the men of this generation? and to what ARE they like? 32 They ARE like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept. 47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which ARE many, ARE forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. 48 And he said unto her, Thy sins ARE forgiven. LUKE 8 12 Those by the way side ARE they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. 13 They on the rock ARE they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. 14 And that which fell among thorns ARE they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and ARE choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. 15 But that on the good ground ARE they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. 21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren ARE these which hear the word of God, and do it. LUKE 9 12 And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we ARE here in a desert place. 55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye ARE of. 61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which ARE at home at my house. --MORE-- |
