NUMBERS 4 1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto AARON, saying, 5 And when the camp setteth forward, AARON shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it: 15 And when AARON and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation. 16 And to the office of Eleazar the son of AARON the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof. 17 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto AARON saying, 19 But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: AARON and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden: 27 At the appointment of AARON and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service: and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens. 28 This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of AARON the priest. 31 And this is the charge of their burden, ACCORDING to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof, 33 This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, ACCORDING to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of AARON the priest. 34 And Moses and AARON and the chief of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites after their families, and after the house of their fathers, 37 These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and AARON did number ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses. 41 These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and AARON did number ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD. 45 These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and AARON numbered ACCORDING to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses. 46 All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and AARON and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers, 49 ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one ACCORDING to his service, and ACCORDING to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses. NUMBERS 6 21 This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, and of his offering unto the LORD for his separation, beside that that his hand shall get: ACCORDING to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation. 23 Speak unto AARON and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, NUMBERS 7 5 Take it of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man ACCORDING to his service. 7 Two wagons and four oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, ACCORDING to their service: 8 And four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, ACCORDING unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of AARON the priest. NUMBERS 8 2 Speak unto AARON and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick. 3 And AARON did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses. 4 And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: ACCORDING unto the pattern which the LORD had shewed Moses, so he made the candlestick. 11 And AARON shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD. 13 And thou shalt set the Levites before AARON, and before his sons, and offer them for an offering unto the LORD. 19 And I have given the Levites as a gift to AARON and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary. 20 And Moses, and AARON, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites ACCORDING unto all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them. 21 And the Levites were purified, and they washed their clothes; and AARON offered them as an offering before the LORD; and AARON made an atonement for them to cleanse them. 22 And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before AARON, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they unto them. NUMBERS 9 3 In the fourteenth day of this month, at even, ye shall keep it in his appointed season: ACCORDING to all the rites of it, and ACCORDING to all the ceremonies thereof, shall ye keep it. 5 And they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at even in the wilderness of Sinai: ACCORDING to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel. 6 And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before AARON on that day: 12 They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it: ACCORDING to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it. 14 And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto the LORD; ACCORDING to the ordinance of the passover, and ACCORDING to the manner thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land. 20 And so it was, when the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle; ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD they abode in their tents, and ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD they journeyed. NUMBERS 10 8 And the sons of AARON, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations. 13 And they first took their journey ACCORDING to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses. 14 In the first place went the standard of the camp of the children of Judah ACCORDING to their armies: and over his host was Nahshon the son of Amminadab. 18 And the standard of the camp of Reuben set forward ACCORDING to their armies: and over his host was Elizur the son of Shedeur. 22 And the standard of the camp of the children of Ephraim set forward ACCORDING to their armies: and over his host was Elishama the son of Ammihud. 28 Thus were the journeyings of the children of Israel ACCORDING to their armies, when they set forward. NUMBERS 12 1 And Miriam and AARON spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. 4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto AARON, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out. 5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called AARON and Miriam: and they both came forth. 10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and AARON looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. 11 And AARON said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned. NUMBERS 13 26 And they went and came to Moses, and to AARON, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land. NUMBERS 14 2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against AARON: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness! 5 Then Moses and AARON fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel. 17 And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my LORD be great, ACCORDING as thou hast spoken, saying, 19 Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people ACCORDING unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now. 20 And the LORD said, I have pardoned ACCORDING to thy word: 26 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto AARON, saying, 29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, ACCORDING to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me. --MORE-- |
