LUKE 18 2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not GOD, neither regarded man: 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not GOD, nor regard man; 7 And shall not GOD avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, GOD, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, GOD be merciful to me a sinner. 16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of GOD. 17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of GOD as a little child shall in no wise enter therein. 19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, GOD. 24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of GOD! 25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of GOD. 27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with GOD. 29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of GOD's sake, 43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying GOD: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto GOD. LUKE 19 11 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of GOD should immediately appear. 37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise GOD with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; LUKE 20 16 He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, GOD forbid. 21 And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of GOD truly: 25 And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto GOD the things which be GOD's. 36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of GOD, being the children of the resurrection. 37 Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the GOD of Abraham, and the GOD of Isaac, and the GOD of Jacob. 38 For he is not a GOD of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him. LUKE 21 4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of GOD: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had. 31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of GOD is nigh at hand. LUKE 22 16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of GOD. 18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of GOD shall come. 69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of GOD. 70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of GOD? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am. LUKE 23 35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of GOD. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear GOD, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified GOD, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. 51 (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of GOD. LUKE 24 19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before GOD and all the people: 53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing GOD. Amen. JOHN 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD, and the Word was GOD. 2 The same was in the beginning with GOD. 6 There was a man sent from GOD, whose name was John. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of GOD. 18 No man hath seen GOD at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. 29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of GOD, which taketh away the sin of the world. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of GOD. 36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of GOD! 49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of GOD; thou art the King of Israel. 51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of GOD ascending and descending upon the Son of man. JOHN 3 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from GOD: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except GOD be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of GOD. 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. 16 For GOD so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For GOD sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of GOD. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in GOD. 33 He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that GOD is true. 34 For he whom GOD hath sent speaketh the words of GOD: for GOD giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. 36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of GOD abideth on him. --MORE-- |
