NUMBERS 33 1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and AARON. 38 And AARON the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month. 39 And AARON was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor. If the LORD have stirred thee up against me, let him ACCEPT an offering: but if they be the children of men, cursed be they before the LORD; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go, serve other gods. 2 SAMUEL 2 18 And there were three sons of Zeruiah there, Joab, and ABISHAI, and Asahel: and Asahel was as light of foot as a wild roe. 24 Joab also and ABISHAI pursued after Abner: and the sun went down when they were come to the hill of Ammah, that lieth before Giah by the way of the wilderness of Gibeon. 2 SAMUEL 3 30 So Joab, and ABISHAI his brother slew Abner, because he had slain their brother Asahel at Gibeon in the battle. 2 SAMUEL 10 10 And the rest of the people he delivered into the hand of ABISHAI his brother, that he might put them in array against the children of Ammon. 14 And when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were fled, then fled they also before ABISHAI, and entered into the city. And the king said unto the people, I will surely go forth with you myself also. 5 And the king commanded Joab and ABISHAI and Ittai, saying, Deal gently for my sake with the young man, even with Absalom. And all the people heard when the king gave all the captains charge concerning Absalom. 12 And the man said unto Joab, Though I should receive a thousand shekels of silver in mine hand, yet would I not put forth mine hand against the king's son: for in our hearing the king charged thee and ABISHAI and Ittai, saying, Beware that none touch the young man Absalom. 2 SAMUEL 19 21 But ABISHAI the son of Zeruiah answered and said, Shall not Shimei be put to death for this, because he cursed the LORD's anointed? 2 SAMUEL 20 6 And David said to ABISHAI, Now shall Sheba the son of Bichri do us more harm than did Absalom: take thou thy lord's servants, and pursue after him, lest he get him fenced cities, and escape us. 10 But Amasa took no heed to the sword that was in Joab's hand: so he smote him therewith in the fifth rib, and shed out his bowels to the ground, and struck him not again; and he died. So Joab and ABISHAI his brother pursued after Sheba the son of Bichri. 2 SAMUEL 21 17 But ABISHAI the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel. 2 SAMUEL 23 18 And ABISHAI, the brother of Joab, the son of Zeruiah, was chief among three. And he lifted up his spear against three hundred, and slew them, and had the name among three. 2 SAMUEL 24 23 All these things did Araunah, as a king, give unto the king. And Araunah said unto the king, The LORD thy God ACCEPT thee. 1 KINGS 4 6 And Ahishar was over the household: and Adoniram the son of ABDA was over the tribute. 1 CHRONICLES 2 16 Whose sisters were Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; ABISHAI, and Joab, and Asahel, three. 24 And after that Hezron was dead in Calebephratah, then ABIAH Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Tekoa. 1 CHRONICLES 6 3 And the children of Amram; AARON, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons also of AARON; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. 28 And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and ABIAH. 49 But AARON and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded. 50 And these are the sons of AARON; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son, 54 Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of AARON, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot. 57 And to the sons of AARON they gave the cities of Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs, 1 CHRONICLES 7 8 And the sons of Becher; Zemira, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jerimoth, and ABIAH, and Anathoth, and Alameth. All these are the sons of Becher. 1 CHRONICLES 11 20 And ABISHAI the brother of Joab, he was chief of the three: for lifting up his spear against three hundred, he slew them, and had a name among the three. 1 CHRONICLES 15 4 And David assembled the children of AARON, and the Levites: --MORE-- |
