LUKE 14 5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have AN ass or AN ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? 32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth AN ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. LUKE 15 4 What man of you, having AN hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? 19 And AM no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and AM no more worthy to be called thy son. LUKE 16 2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give AN account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward. 3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I AM ashamed. 4 I AM resolved what to do, that, when I AM put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses. 6 And he said, AN hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty. 7 Then said he to another, And how much owest thou? And he said, AN hundred measures of wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and write fourscore. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I AM tormented in this flame. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf FIXED: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. LUKE 18 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I AM not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. LUKE 19 21 For I feared thee, because thou art AN austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. 22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was AN austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: LUKE 21 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I AM Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. 18 But there shall not AN hair of your head perish. LUKE 22 27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I AM among you as he that serveth. 33 And he said unto him, Lord, I AM ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. 37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have AN end. 43 And there appeared AN angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in AN agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. 58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I AM not. 70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I AM. LUKE 24 42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of AN honeycomb. JOHN 1 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I AM not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I AM not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give AN answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23 He said, I AM the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. 27 He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I AM not worthy to unloose. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore AM I come baptizing with water. 47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold AN Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile! JOHN 2 16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house AN house of merchandise. JOHN 3 28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I AM not the Christ, but that I AM sent before him. JOHN 4 9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which AM a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee AM he. JOHN 5 4 For AN angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. 5 And a certain man was there, which had AN infirmity thirty and eight years. 7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I AM coming, another steppeth down before me. 43 I AM come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. JOHN 6 35 And Jesus said unto them, I AM the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. 41 The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I AM the bread which came down from heaven. 48 I AM that bread of life. 51 I AM the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. 60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is AN hard saying; who can hear it? JOHN 7 28 Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I AM: and I AM not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. 29 But I know him: for I AM from him, and he hath sent me. 33 Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while AM I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me. 34 Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I AM, thither ye cannot come. 36 What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I AM, thither ye cannot come? --MORE-- |
