2 KINGS 9 7 And thou shalt smite the house of AHAB thy master, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the LORD, at the hand of Jezebel. 8 For the whole house of AHAB shall perish: and I will cut off from AHAB him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel: 9 And I will make the house of AHAB like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah: 25 Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after AHAB his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him; 29 And in the eleventh year of Joram the son of AHAB began Ahaziah to reign over Judah. 2 KINGS 10 1 And AHAB had seventy sons in Samaria. And Azariah the son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to see Jehoram the son of AHAB at Jezreel, because he was sick. 7 And the destruction of Ahaziah was of God by coming to Joram: for when he was come, he went out with Jehoram against Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom the LORD had anointed to cut off the house of AHAB. 8 And it came to pass, that, when Jehu was executing judgment upon the house of AHAB, and found the princes of Judah, and the sons of the brethren of Ahaziah, that ministered to Ahaziah, he slew them. 2 CHRONICLES 25 17 Then Amaziah king of Judah took ADVICE, and sent to Joash, the son of Jehoahaz, the son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us see one another in the face. 19 Thou sayest, Lo, thou hast smitten the Edomites; and thine heart lifteth thee up to boast: ABIDE now at home; why shouldest thou meddle to thine hurt, that thou shouldest fall, even thou, and Judah with thee? 2 CHRONICLES 32 10 Thus saith Sennacherib king of Assyria, Whereon do ye trust, that ye ABIDE in the siege in Jerusalem?
