Searching for: PRISON,PROPHET,PROVE,RAISE,REASONS
JOB 19 12 His troops come together, and RAISE up their way against me, and encamp round about my tabernacle. JOB 30 12 Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they RAISE up against me the ways of their destruction. JOB 32 11 Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your REASONS, whilst ye searched out what to say. PSALM 26 2 Examine me, O LORD, and PROVE me; try my reins and my heart. PSALM 41 10 But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and RAISE me up, that I may requite them. PSALM 74 9 We see not our signs: there is no more any PROPHET: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long. PSALM 142 7 Bring my soul out of PRISON, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me. ECCLESIASTES 2 1 I said in mine heart, Go to now, I will PROVE thee with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also is vanity. ECCLESIASTES 4 14 For out of PRISON he cometh to reign; whereas also he that is born in his kingdom becometh poor. ISAIAH 3 2 The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the PROPHET, and the prudent, and the ancient, ISAIAH 9 15 The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the PROPHET that teacheth lies, he is the tail. ISAIAH 15 5 My heart shall cry out for Moab; his fugitives shall flee unto Zoar, an heifer of three years old: for by the mounting up of Luhith with weeping shall they go it up; for in the way of Horonaim they shall RAISE up a cry of destruction. ISAIAH 24 22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the PRISON, and after many days shall they be visited. ISAIAH 28 7 But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the PROPHET have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. ISAIAH 29 3 And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will RAISE forts against thee. ISAIAH 37 2 And he sent Eliakim, who was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of the priests covered with sackcloth, unto Isaiah the PROPHET the son of Amoz. ISAIAH 38 1 In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the PROPHET the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live. ISAIAH 39 3 Then came Isaiah the PROPHET unto king Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from whence came they unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country unto me, even from Babylon. ISAIAH 41 21 Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong REASONS, saith the King of Jacob. ISAIAH 42 7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the PRISON, and them that sit in darkness out of the PRISON house. 22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in PRISON houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore. ISAIAH 44 26 That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will RAISE up the decayed places thereof: ISAIAH 49 6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to RAISE up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth. ISAIAH 53 8 He was taken from PRISON and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. ISAIAH 58 12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt RAISE up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. ISAIAH 61 1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the PRISON to them that are bound; 4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall RAISE up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. JEREMIAH 1 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a PROPHET unto the nations. JEREMIAH 6 13 For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the PROPHET even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. JEREMIAH 8 10 Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the PROPHET even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. JEREMIAH 14 18 If I go forth into the field, then behold the slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold them that are sick with famine! yea, both the PROPHET and the priest go about into a land that they know not. JEREMIAH 18 18 Then said they, Come and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the PROPHET. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words. JEREMIAH 20 2 Then Pashur smote Jeremiah the PROPHET, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the LORD. JEREMIAH 23 5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will RAISE unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. 11 For both PROPHET and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD. 28 The PROPHET that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD. 33 And when this people, or the PROPHET, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? thou shalt then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith the LORD. 34 And as for the PROPHET, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house. 37 Thus shalt thou say to the PROPHET, What hath the LORD answered thee? and, What hath the LORD spoken? JEREMIAH 25 2 The which Jeremiah the PROPHET spake unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, JEREMIAH 28 1 And it came to pass the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, and in the fifth month, that Hananiah the son of Azur the PROPHET, which was of Gibeon, spake unto me in the house of the LORD, in the presence of the priests and of all the people, saying, 5 Then the PROPHET Jeremiah said unto the PROPHET Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD, 6 Even the PROPHET Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform thy words which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the LORD's house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place. 9 The PROPHET which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the PROPHET shall come to pass, then shall the PROPHET be known, that the LORD hath truly sent him. 10 Then Hananiah the PROPHET took the yoke from off the PROPHET Jeremiah's neck, and brake it. 11 And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the PROPHET Jeremiah went his way. 12 Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the PROPHET, after that Hananiah the PROPHET had broken the yoke from off the neck of the PROPHET Jeremiah, saying, 15 Then said the PROPHET Jeremiah unto Hananiah the PROPHET, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie. 17 So Hananiah the PROPHET died the same year in the seventh month. JEREMIAH 29 1 Now these are the words of the letter that Jeremiah the PROPHET sent from Jerusalem unto the residue of the elders which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon; 26 The LORD hath made thee priest in the stead of Jehoiada the priest, that ye should be officers in the house of the LORD, for every man that is mad, and maketh himself a PROPHET, that thou shouldest put him in PRISON, and in the stocks. 27 Now therefore why hast thou not reproved Jeremiah of Anathoth, which maketh himself a PROPHET to you? 29 And Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the ears of Jeremiah the PROPHET. --MORE-- |
