JEREMIAH 12 2 Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring FORTH fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins. 12 The spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of the LORD shall devour from the one end of the land even to the other end of the land: no FLESH shall have peace. JEREMIAH 14 18 If I go FORTH into the field, then behold the slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold them that are sick with famine! yea, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land that they know not. JEREMIAH 15 1 Then said the LORD unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go FORTH. 2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go FORTH? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity. 19 Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take FORTH the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them. JEREMIAH 17 5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh FLESH his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 11 As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a FOOL. 22 Neither carry FORTH a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers. JEREMIAH 19 2 And go FORTH unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee, 9 And I will cause them to eat the FLESH of their sons and the FLESH of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the FLESH of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them. JEREMIAH 20 3 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Pashur brought FORTH Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The LORD hath not called thy name Pashur, but Magormissabib. 18 Wherefore came I FORTH out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame? JEREMIAH 22 11 For thus saith the LORD touching Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went FORTH out of this place; He shall not return thither any more: 19 He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast FORTH beyond the gates of Jerusalem. JEREMIAH 23 15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone FORTH into all the land. 19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone FORTH in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. JEREMIAH 25 31 A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all FLESH; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, saith the LORD. 32 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go FORTH from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth. JEREMIAH 26 23 And they fetched FORTH Urijah out of Egypt, and brought him unto Jehoiakim the king; who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the common people. JEREMIAH 29 16 Know that thus saith the LORD of the king that sitteth upon the throne of David, and of all the people that dwelleth in this city, and of your brethren that are not gone FORTH with you into captivity; JEREMIAH 30 23 Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth FORTH with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. JEREMIAH 31 4 Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go FORTH in the dances of them that make merry. 24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go FORTH with flocks. 39 And the measuring line shall yet go FORTH over against it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath. JEREMIAH 32 21 And hast brought FORTH thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror; 27 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all FLESH: is there any thing too hard for me? JEREMIAH 34 13 Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them FORTH out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying, JEREMIAH 37 5 Then Pharaoh's army was come FORTH out of Egypt: and when the Chaldeans that besieged Jerusalem heard tidings of them, they departed from Jerusalem. 7 Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to enquire of me; Behold, Pharaoh's army, which is come FORTH to help you, shall return to Egypt into their own land. 12 Then Jeremiah went FORTH out of Jerusalem to go into the land of Benjamin, to separate himself thence in the midst of the people. JEREMIAH 38 2 Thus saith the LORD, He that remaineth in this city shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth FORTH to the Chaldeans shall live; for he shall have his life for a prey, and shall live. 8 Ebedmelech went FORTH out of the king's house, and spake to the king saying, 17 Then said Jeremiah unto Zedekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of hosts, the God of Israel; If thou wilt assuredly go FORTH unto the king of Babylon's princes, then thy soul shall live, and this city shall not be burned with fire; and thou shalt live, and thine house: 18 But if thou wilt not go FORTH to the king of Babylon's princes, then shall this city be given into the hand of the Chaldeans, and they shall burn it with fire, and thou shalt not escape out of their hand. 21 But if thou refuse to go FORTH, this is the word that the LORD hath shewed me: 22 And, behold, all the women that are left in the king of Judah's house shall be brought FORTH to the king of Babylon's princes, and those women shall say, Thy friends have set thee on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are sunk in the mire, and they are turned away back. JEREMIAH 39 4 And it came to pass, that when Zedekiah the king of Judah saw them, and all the men of war, then they fled, and went FORTH out of the city by night, by the way of the king's garden, by the gate betwixt the two walls: and he went out the way of the plain. JEREMIAH 40 7 Now when all the captains of the FORCES which were in the fields, even they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam governor in the land, and had committed unto him men, and women, and children, and of the poor of the land, of them that were not carried away captive to Babylon; 13 Moreover Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES that were in the fields, came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, JEREMIAH 41 6 And Ishmael the son of Nethaniah went FORTH from Mizpah to meet them, weeping all along as he went: and it came to pass, as he met them, he said unto them, Come to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam. 11 But when Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES that were with him, heard of all the evil that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah had done, 13 Now it came to pass, that when all the people which were with Ishmael saw Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES that were with him, then they were glad. 16 Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES that were with him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, even mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon: JEREMIAH 42 1 Then all the captains of the FORCES, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and Jezaniah the son of Hoshaiah, and all the people from the least even unto the greatest, came near, 8 Then called he Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES which were with him, and all the people from the least even to the greatest, 18 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As mine anger and my fury hath been poured FORTH upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem; so shall my fury be poured FORTH upon you, when ye shall enter into Egypt: and ye shall be an execration, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach; and ye shall see this place no more. JEREMIAH 43 4 So Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of the LORD, to dwell in the land of Judah. 5 But Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the FORCES, took all the remnant of Judah, that were returned from all nations, whither they had been driven, to dwell in the land of Judah; 12 And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt; and he shall burn them, and carry them away captives: and he shall array himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd putteth on his garment; and he shall go FORTH from thence in peace. --MORE-- |
