And his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem. 2 CHRONICLES 26 6 And he went forth and warred against the Philistines, and brake down the wall of Gath, and the wall of Jabneh, and the wall of Ashdod, and built cities ABOUT Ashdod, and among the Philistines. 13 And under their hand was an army, three hundred thousand and seven thousand and FIVE hundred, that made war with mighty power, to help the king against the enemy. 2 CHRONICLES 27 1 Jotham was twenty and FIVE years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah. 2 CHRONICLES 33 1 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and FIVE years in Jerusalem: 6 And he caused his children to pass through the FIRE in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger. 14 Now after this he built a wall without the city of David, on the west side of Gihon, in the valley, even to the entering in at the fish gate, and compassed ABOUT Ophel, and raised it up a very great height, and put captains of war in all the fenced cities of Judah. 2 CHRONICLES 34 6 And so did he in the cities of Manasseh, and Ephraim, and Simeon, even unto Naphtali, with their mattocks round ABOUT. 2 CHRONICLES 35 9 Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings FIVE thousand small cattle, and FIVE hundred oxen. 13 And they roasted the passover with FIRE according to the ordinance: but the other holy offerings sod they in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily among all the people. --MORE-- |
