JEREMIAH 41 14 So all the people that Ishmael had carried away captive from Mizpah cast ABOUT and returned, and went unto Johanan the son of Kareah. LAMENTATIONS 1 13 From above hath he sent FIRE into my bones, and it prevaileth against them: he hath spread a net for my feet, he hath turned me back: he hath made me desolate and faint all the day. 17 Zion spreadeth forth her hands, and there is none to comfort her: the LORD hath commanded concerning Jacob, that his adversaries should be round ABOUT him: Jerusalem is as a menstruous woman among them. LAMENTATIONS 3 7 He hath hedged me ABOUT, that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy. LAMENTATIONS 4 11 The LORD hath accomplished his fury; he hath poured out his fierce anger, and hath kindled a FIRE in Zion, and it hath devoured the foundations thereof. EZEKIEL 1 4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a FIRE infolding itself, and a brightness was ABOUT it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the FIRE. 13 As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of FIRE, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the FIRE was bright, and out of the FIRE went forth lightning. 18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round ABOUT them four. 27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of FIRE round ABOUT within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of FIRE, and it had brightness round ABOUT. 28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round ABOUT. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake. EZEKIEL 4 2 And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round ABOUT. EZEKIEL 5 2 Thou shalt burn with FIRE a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, and smite ABOUT it with a knife: and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them. 4 Then take of them again, and cast them into the midst of the FIRE, and burn them in the FIRE; for thereof shall a FIRE come forth into all the house of Israel. 5 Thus saith the Lord GOD; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round ABOUT her. 6 And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that are round ABOUT her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them. 7 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round ABOUT you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round ABOUT you; 12 A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round ABOUT thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them. 14 Moreover I will make thee waste, and a reproach among the nations that are round ABOUT thee, in the sight of all that pass by. 15 So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment unto the nations that are round ABOUT thee, when I shall execute judgments in thee in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes. I the LORD have spoken it. EZEKIEL 6 5 And I will lay the dead carcases of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round ABOUT your altars. 13 Then shall ye know that I am the LORD, when their slain men shall be among their idols round ABOUT their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols. EZEKIEL 8 2 Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of FIRE: from the appearance of his loins even downward, FIRE; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. 10 So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round ABOUT. 16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were ABOUT FIVE and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. --MORE-- |
