JOB 20
2 Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer, and FOR this I make haste.
5 That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but FOR A moment?
7 Yet he shall perish FOR ever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he?
8 He shall fly away as A dream, and shall not be found: yea, he shall be chased away as A vision of the night.
18 That which he laboured FOR shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down: according to his substance shall the restitution be, and he shall not rejoice therein.
21 There shall none of his meat be left; therefore shall no man look FOR his goods.
26 All darkness shall be hid in his secret places: A fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle.
29 This is the portion of A wicked man from God, and the heritage appointed unto him by God.
JOB 21
4 As FOR me, is my complaint to man? and if it were so, why should not my spirit be troubled?
11 They send forth their little ones like A flock, and their children dance.
13 They spend their days in wealth, and in A moment go down to the grave.
14 Therefore they say unto God, Depart from us; FOR we desire not the knowledge of thy ways.
19 God layeth up his iniquity FOR his children: he rewardeth him, and he shall know it.
21 FOR what pleasure hath he in his house after him, when the number of his months is cut off in the midst?
28 FOR ye say, Where is the house of the prince? and where are the dwelling places of the wicked?
JOB 22
2 Can A man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself?
4 Will he reprove thee FOR fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment?
6 FOR thou hast taken A pledge from thy brother FOR nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing.
8 But as FOR the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it.
14 Thick clouds are A covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.
16 Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with A flood:
17 Which said unto God, Depart from us: and what can the Almighty do FOR them?
26 FOR then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.
28 Thou shalt also decree A thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
JOB 23
7 There the righteous might dispute with him; so should I be delivered FOR ever from my judge.
14 FOR he performeth the thing that is appointed FOR me: and many such things are with him.
16 FOR God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:
JOB 24
3 They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow's ox FOR A pledge.
5 Behold, as wild asses in the desert, go they forth to their work; rising betimes FOR A prey: the wilderness yieldeth food FOR them and FOR their children.
8 They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and embrace the rock FOR want of A shelter.
9 They pluck the fatherless from the breast, and take A pledge of the poor.
14 The murderer rising with the light killeth the poor and needy, and in the night is as A thief.
15 The eye also of the adulterer waiteth FOR the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguiseth his face.
16 In the dark they dig through houses, which they had marked FOR themselves in the daytime: they know not the light.
17 FOR the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death.
20 The womb shall forget him; the worm shall feed sweetly on him; he shall be no more remembered; and wickedness shall be broken as A tree.
24 They are exalted FOR A little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops of the ears of corn.
25 And if it be not so now, who will make me A liar, and make my speech nothing worth?
JOB 25
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of A woman?
6 How much less man, that is A worm? and the son of man, which is A worm?
JOB 26
14 Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little A portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
JOB 27
8 FOR what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
13 This is the portion of A wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty.
14 If his children be multiplied, it is FOR the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread.
18 He buildeth his house as A moth, and as A booth that the keeper maketh.
20 Terrors take hold on him as waters, A tempest stealeth him away in the night.
21 The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth: and as A storm hurleth him out of his place.
22 FOR God shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
JOB 28
1 Surely there is A vein FOR the silver, and A place FOR gold where they fine it.
5 As FOR the earth, out of it cometh bread: and under it is turned up as it were fire.
7 There is A path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture's eye hath not seen:
15 It cannot be gotten FOR gold, neither shall silver be weighed FOR the price thereof.
17 The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be FOR jewels of fine gold.
18 No mention shall be made of coral, or of pearls: FOR the price of wisdom is above rubies.
24 FOR he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
25 To make the weight FOR the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
26 When he made A decree FOR the rain, and A way FOR the lightning of the thunder:
