LEVITICUS 17 11 For the life of the FLESH is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. 14 For it is the life of all FLESH; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of FLESH: for the life of all FLESH is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off. 16 But if he wash them not, nor bathe his FLESH; then he shall bear his iniquity. LEVITICUS 19 28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your FLESH for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD. LEVITICUS 21 5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their FLESH. DEUTERONOMY 14 8 And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their FLESH, nor touch their dead carcase. DEUTERONOMY 16 4 And there shall be no leavened bread seen with thee in all thy coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the FLESH, which thou sacrificedst the first day at even, remain all night until the morning. DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. DEUTERONOMY 32 42 I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour FLESH; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy. JUDGES 6 19 And Gideon went in, and made ready a kid, and unleavened cakes of an ephah of flour: the FLESH he put in a basket, and he put the broth in a pot, and brought it out unto him under the oak, and presented it. 20 And the angel of God said unto him, Take the FLESH and the unleavened cakes, and lay them upon this rock, and pour out the broth. Then the angel of the LORD departed out of his sight. 37 Behold, I will put a FLEECE of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the FLEECE only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. 38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the FLEECE together, and wringed the dew out of the FLEECE, a bowl full of water. 39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the FLEECE; let it now be dry only upon the FLEECE, and upon all the ground let there be dew. 40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the FLEECE only, and there was dew on all the ground. JUDGES 8 7 And Gideon said, Therefore when the LORD hath delivered Zebah and Zalmunna into mine hand, then I will tear your FLESH with the thorns of the wilderness and with briers.
