2 KINGS 10 1 And AHAB had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up AHAB's children, saying, 10 Know now that there shall fall unto the earth nothing of the word of the LORD, which the LORD spake concerning the house of AHAB: for the LORD hath done that which he spake by his servant Elijah. 11 So Jehu slew all that remained of the house of AHAB in Jezreel, and all his great men, and his kinsfolks, and his priests, until he left him none remaining. 17 And when he came to Samaria, he slew all that remained unto AHAB in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the saying of the LORD, which he spake to Elijah. 18 And Jehu gathered all the people together, and said unto them, AHAB served Baal a little; but Jehu shall serve him much. 30 And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast done unto the house of AHAB according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel. 2 KINGS 21 3 For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal, and made a grove, as did AHAB king of Israel; and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them. 13 And I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of Samaria, and the plummet of the house of AHAB: and I will wipe Jerusalem as a man wipeth a dish, wiping it, and turning it upside down. 1 CHRONICLES 2 24 And after that Hezron was dead in Calebephratah, then ABIAH Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Tekoa. 1 CHRONICLES 6 3 And the children of Amram; AARON, and Moses, and Miriam. And AHAB killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramothgilead. 3 And AHAB king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Wilt thou go with me to Ramothgilead? And he answered him, I am as thou art, and my people as thy people; and we will be with thee in the war. 19 And the LORD said, Who shall entice AHAB king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner. 2 CHRONICLES 21 6 And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, like as did the house of AHAB: for he had the daughter of AHAB to wife: and he wrought that which was evil in the eyes of the LORD. 13 But hast walked in the way of the kings of Israel, and hast made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to go a whoring, like to the whoredoms of the house of AHAB, and also hast slain thy brethren of thy father's house, which were better than thyself: 2 CHRONICLES 22 3 He also walked in the ways of the house of AHAB: for his mother was his counsellor to do wickedly. 4 Wherefore he did evil in the sight of the LORD like the house of AHAB: for they were his counsellors after the death of his father to his destruction. 5 He walked also after their counsel, and went with Jehoram the son of AHAB king of Israel to war against Hazael king of Syria at Ramothgilead: and the Syrians smote Joram. 6 And he returned to be healed in Jezreel because of the wounds which were given him at Ramah, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. And Azariah the son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to see Jehoram the son of AHAB at Jezreel, because he was sick. 7 And the destruction of Ahaziah was of God by coming to Joram: for when he was come, he went out with Jehoram against Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom the LORD had anointed to cut off the house of AHAB. 8 And it came to pass, that, when Jehu was executing judgment upon the house of AHAB, and found the princes of Judah, and the sons of the brethren of Ahaziah, that ministered to Ahaziah, he slew them. 2 CHRONICLES 26 18 And they withstood Uzziah the king, and said unto him, It appertaineth not unto thee, Uzziah, to burn incense unto the LORD, but to the priests the sons of AARON, that are consecrated to burn incense: go out of the sanctuary; for thou hast trespassed; neither shall it be for thine honour from the LORD God. 2 CHRONICLES 29 21 And they brought seven bullocks, and seven rams, and seven lambs, and seven he goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, and for the sanctuary, and for Judah. And he commanded the priests the sons of AARON to offer them on the altar of the LORD. 2 CHRONICLES 31 19 Also of the sons of AARON the priests, which were in the fields of the suburbs of their cities, in every several city, the men that were expressed by name, to give portions to all the males among the priests, and to all that were reckoned by genealogies among the Levites. 2 CHRONICLES 35 14 And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of AARON were busied in offering of burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of AARON. EZRA 7 5 The son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of AARON the chief priest: NEHEMIAH 10 38 And the priest the son of AARON shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house. JOB 42 8 Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I ACCEPT: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job.
