Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to his possession, into their own cities. 2 CHRONICLES 32 7 Be strong and courageous, be not AFRAID nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 12 Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high PLACES and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it? 2 CHRONICLES 33 3 For he built again the high PLACES which Hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for Baalim, and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them. 17 Nevertheless the people did sacrifice still in the high PLACES, yet unto the LORD their God only. 19 His prayer also, and how God was intreated of him, and all his sins, and his trespass, and the PLACES wherein he built high PLACES, and set up groves and graven images, before he was humbled: behold, they are written among the sayings of the seers. 2 CHRONICLES 34 3 For in the eighth year of his reign, while he was yet young, he began to seek after the God of David his father: and in the twelfth year he began to purge Judah and Jerusalem from the high PLACES, and the groves, and the carved images, and the molten images. NEHEMIAH 2 2 Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. NEHEMIAH 6 9 For they all made us AFRAID, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands. 13 Therefore was he hired, that I should be AFRAID, and do so, and sin, and that they might have matter for an evil report, that they might reproach me.
