DEUTERONOMY 9 1 Hear, O Israel: Thou art to PASS over Jordan this day, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fenced up to heaven, 11 And it came to PASS at the end of forty days and forty nights, that the LORD gave me the two tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant. 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. DEUTERONOMY 11 13 And it shall come to PASS, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, 29 And it shall come to PASS, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal. 31 For ye shall PASS over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and dwell therein. DEUTERONOMY 13 2 And the sign or the wonder come to PASS, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; DEUTERONOMY 18 10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to PASS through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. 19 And it shall come to PASS, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to PASS, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be AFRAID of him. DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. DEUTERONOMY 24 1 When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to PASS that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. DEUTERONOMY 27 2 And it shall be on the day when ye shall PASS over Jordan unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaister them with plaister: DEUTERONOMY 28 1 And it shall come to PASS, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 15 But it shall come to PASS, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. 63 And it shall come to PASS, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it. DEUTERONOMY 29 19 And it come to PASS, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: DEUTERONOMY 30 1 And it shall come to PASS, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, DEUTERONOMY 31 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 21 And it shall come to PASS, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware. 24 And it came to PASS, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, JOSHUA 1 1 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to PASS, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. 11 PASS through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall PASS over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it. 14 Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall PASS before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them; JOSHUA 2 5 And it came to PASS about the time of shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out: whither the men went I wot not: pursue after them quickly; for ye shall overtake them. JOSHUA 3 2 And it came to PASS after three days, that the officers went through the host; 6 And Joshua spake unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and PASS over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people. 13 And it shall come to PASS, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap. 14 And it came to PASS, when the people removed from their tents, to PASS over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people; --MORE-- |
