JEREMIAH 42 11 Be not AFRAID of the king of Babylon, of whom ye are AFRAID; be not AFRAID of him, saith the LORD: for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand. 16 Then it shall come to pass, that the sword, which ye feared, shall overtake you there in the land of Egypt, and the famine, whereof ye were AFRAID, shall follow close after you there in Egypt; and there ye shall die. JEREMIAH 46 27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him AFRAID. EZEKIEL 2 6 And thou, son of man, be not AFRAID of them, neither be AFRAID of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not AFRAID of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house. EZEKIEL 27 35 All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore AFRAID, they shall be troubled in their countenance. EZEKIEL 30 9 In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians AFRAID, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh. EZEKIEL 31 7 Thus was he fair in his greatness, in the LENGTH of his branches: for his root was by great waters. EZEKIEL 32 10 Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly AFRAID for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall. EZEKIEL 34 28 And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 39 26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 40 11 And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the LENGTH of the gate, thirteen cubits. 18 And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the LENGTH of the gates was the lower pavement. 20 And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the LENGTH thereof, and the breadth thereof. 21 And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the LENGTH thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits. 25 And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the LENGTH was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits. 36 The little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the LENGTH was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits. 49 The LENGTH of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits, and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side. EZEKIEL 41 2 And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the LENGTH thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits. 4 So he measured the LENGTH thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place. 12 Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the LENGTH thereof ninety cubits. 15 And he measured the LENGTH of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court; 22 The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the LENGTH thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the LENGTH thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD. EZEKIEL 42 2 Before the LENGTH of an hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits. 7 And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the LENGTH thereof was fifty cubits. 8 For the LENGTH of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits. EZEKIEL 45 1 Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an oblation unto the LORD, an holy portion of the land: the LENGTH shall be the LENGTH of five and twenty thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about. 2 Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred in LENGTH, with five hundred in breadth, square round about; and fifty cubits round about for the suburbs thereof. 3 And of this measure shalt thou measure the LENGTH of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the sanctuary and the most holy place. 5 And the five and twenty thousand of LENGTH, and the ten thousand of breadth shall also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers. 7 And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the LENGTH shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border. EZEKIEL 48 8 And by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds in breadth, and in LENGTH as one of the other parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in the midst of it. 9 The oblation that ye shall offer unto the LORD shall be of five and twenty thousand in LENGTH, and of ten thousand in breadth. 10 And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in LENGTH, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in LENGTH: and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in the midst thereof. 13 And over against the border of the priests the Levites shall have five and twenty thousand in LENGTH, and ten thousand in breadth: all the LENGTH shall be five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand. 18 And the residue in LENGTH over against the oblation of the holy portion shall be ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward: and it shall be over against the oblation of the holy portion; and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city. DANIEL 4 5 I saw a dream which made me AFRAID, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. DANIEL 8 17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. JOEL 2 22 Be not AFRAID, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. AMOS 3 6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be AFRAID? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? JONAH 1 5 Then the mariners were AFRAID, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. 10 Then were the men exceedingly AFRAID, and said unto him. Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. MICAH 4 4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them AFRAID: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it. MICAH 7 17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be AFRAID of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee. NAHUM 2 11 Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them AFRAID? HABAKKUK 2 17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them AFRAID, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein. HABAKKUK 3 2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was AFRAID: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy. ZEPHANIAH 3 13 The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them AFRAID. ZECHARIAH 2 2 Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the LENGTH thereof. ZECHARIAH 5 2 And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the LENGTH thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. MALACHI 2 5 My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was AFRAID before my name. --MORE-- |
