LUKE 2 30 For mine eyes HAVE seen thy salvation, 44 But they, supposing him to HAVE been in the company, went a day's journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance. 48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I HAVE sought thee sorrowing. LUKE 3 8 Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We HAVE Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. 35 Which was the son of Saruch, which was the son of Ragau, which was the son of Phalec, which was the son of HEBER, which was the son of Sala, LUKE 4 23 And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we HAVE heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country. 34 Saying, Let us alone; what HAVE we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God. LUKE 5 5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we HAVE toiled all the night, and HAVE taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. 26 And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We HAVE seen strange things to day. LUKE 6 3 And Jesus answering them said, HAVE ye not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him; 24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye HAVE received your consolation. 32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank HAVE ye? for sinners also love those that love them. 33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank HAVE ye? for sinners also do even the same. 34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank HAVE ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. LUKE 7 9 When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I HAVE not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. 22 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye HAVE seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached. 32 They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We HAVE piped unto you, and ye HAVE not danced; we HAVE mourned to you, and ye HAVE not wept. 39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would HAVE known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner. 40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I HAVE somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on. LUKE 8 13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these HAVE no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. 14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they HAVE heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. 18 Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to HAVE. 28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What HAVE I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not. LUKE 9 3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither HAVE two coats apiece. 9 And Herod said, John HAVE I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him. 13 But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We HAVE no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people. 58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes HAVE holes, and birds of the air HAVE nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. LUKE 10 13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which HAVE been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. 24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings HAVE desired to see those things which ye see, and HAVE not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and HAVE not heard them. LUKE 11 5 And he said unto them, Which of you shall HAVE a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I HAVE nothing to set before him? 41 But rather give alms of such things as ye HAVE; and, behold, all things are clean unto you. 42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to HAVE done, and not to leave the other undone. 52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye HAVE taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered. LUKE 12 3 Therefore whatsoever ye HAVE spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye HAVE spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. 4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that HAVE no more that they can do. 17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I HAVE no room where to bestow my fruits? 24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither HAVE storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls? 30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye HAVE need of these things. 33 Sell that ye HAVE, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth. 39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would HAVE watched, and not HAVE suffered his house to be broken through. 48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men HAVE committed much, of him they will ask the more. 50 But I HAVE a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! LUKE 13 26 Then shall ye begin to say, We HAVE eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. 34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I HAVE gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! LUKE 14 5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall HAVE an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? 10 But when thou art bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade thee cometh, he may say unto thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou HAVE worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with thee. 18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I HAVE bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee HAVE me excused. 19 And another said, I HAVE bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee HAVE me excused. 20 And another said, I HAVE married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he HAVE sufficient to finish it? 34 Salt is good: but if the salt HAVE lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? --MORE-- |
