JEREMIAH 7 28 But thou shalt say unto them, This is a NATION that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth. JEREMIAH 9 9 Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a NATION as this? JEREMIAH 26 21 And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was AFRAID, and fled, and went into Egypt; JEREMIAH 27 8 And it shall come to pass, that the NATION and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that NATION will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand. 13 Why will ye die, thou and thy people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD hath spoken against the NATION that will not serve the king of Babylon? JEREMIAH 30 10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him AFRAID. JEREMIAH 31 36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a NATION before me for ever. JEREMIAH 33 24 Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a NATION before them. JEREMIAH 36 16 Now it came to pass, when they had heard all the words, they were AFRAID both one and other, and said unto Baruch, We will surely tell the king of all these words. 24 Yet they were not AFRAID, nor rent their garments, neither the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words. JEREMIAH 38 19 And Zedekiah the king said unto Jeremiah, I am AFRAID of the Jews that are fallen to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into their hand, and they mock me. JEREMIAH 46 27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him AFRAID. JEREMIAH 48 2 There shall be no more praise of Moab: in Heshbon they have devised evil against it; come, and let us cut it off from being a NATION. Also thou shalt be cut down, O Madmen; the sword shall pursue thee. JEREMIAH 49 31 Arise, get you up unto the wealthy NATION, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone. 36 And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no NATION whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come. JEREMIAH 50 3 For out of the north there cometh up a NATION against her, which shall make her land desolate, and none shall dwell therein: they shall remove, they shall depart, both man and beast. 41 Behold, a people shall come from the north, and a great NATION, and many kings shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth. LAMENTATIONS 4 17 As for us, our eyes as yet failed for our vain help: in our watching we have watched for a NATION that could not save us. EZEKIEL 2 3 And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious NATION that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day. 6 And thou, son of man, be not AFRAID of them, neither be AFRAID of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not AFRAID of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
