ACTS 15 17 That the residue of men MIGHT seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. ACTS 17 27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they MIGHT feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: ACTS 18 9 Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not AFRAID, but speak, and hold not thy peace: ACTS 20 24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I MIGHT finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. ACTS 22 9 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were AFRAID; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. 24 The chief captain commanded him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he MIGHT know wherefore they cried so against him. 29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was AFRAID, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him. ACTS 24 26 He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he MIGHT loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener, and communed with him. ACTS 25 21 But when Paul had appealed to be reserved unto the hearing of Augustus, I commanded him to be kept till I MIGHT send him to Caesar. 26 Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I MIGHT have somewhat to write. ACTS 26 32 Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man MIGHT have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Caesar. ACTS 27 12 And because the haven was not commodious to winter in, the more part advised to depart thence also, if by any means they MIGHT attain to Phenice, and there to winter; which is an haven of Crete, and lieth toward the south west and north west. ROMANS 1 10 Making request, if by any means now at length I MIGHT have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. 13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I MIGHT have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. ROMANS 3 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he MIGHT be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. ROMANS 4 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he MIGHT be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness MIGHT be imputed unto them also: 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it MIGHT be by grace; to the end the promise MIGHT be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he MIGHT become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. ROMANS 5 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence MIGHT abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so MIGHT grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. ROMANS 6 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin MIGHT be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. ROMANS 7 13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it MIGHT appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment MIGHT become exceeding sinful. ROMANS 8 4 That the righteousness of the law MIGHT be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he MIGHT be the firstborn among many brethren. ROMANS 9 11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election MIGHT stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I MIGHT shew my power in thee, and that my name MIGHT be declared throughout all the earth. 23 And that he MIGHT make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, ROMANS 10 1 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they MIGHT be saved. ROMANS 11 14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and MIGHT save some of them. 19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I MIGHT be graffed in. 32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he MIGHT have mercy upon all. ROMANS 13 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be AFRAID of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be AFRAID; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. ROMANS 14 9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he MIGHT be Lord both of the dead and living.
