EXODUS 30
2 A cubit SHALL be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare SHALL it be: and two cubits SHALL be the height thereof: the horns thereof SHALL be of the same.
4 And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they SHALL be for places for the staves to bear it withal.
7 And Aaron SHALL burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he SHALL burn incense upon it.
8 And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he SHALL burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.
9 Ye SHALL offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither SHALL ye pour drink offering thereon.
10 And Aaron SHALL make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year SHALL he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.
12 When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then SHALL they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.
13 This they SHALL give, every one that passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel SHALL be the offering of the LORD.
14 Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, SHALL give an offering unto the LORD.
15 The rich SHALL not give more, and the poor SHALL not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
19 For Aaron and his sons SHALL wash their hands and their feet thereat:
20 When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they SHALL wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:
21 So they SHALL wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it SHALL be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.
25 And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it SHALL be an holy anointing oil.
29 And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them SHALL be holy.
31 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This SHALL be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.
32 Upon man's flesh SHALL it not be poured, neither SHALL ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it SHALL be holy unto you.
33 Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, SHALL even be cut off from his people.
34 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each SHALL there be a like weight:
36 And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it SHALL be unto you most holy.
37 And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye SHALL not make to yourselves according to the composition thereof: it SHALL be unto thee holy for the LORD.
38 Whosoever SHALL make like unto that, to smell thereto, SHALL even be cut off from his people.
EXODUS 31
11 And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee SHALL they do.
13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye SHALL keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
14 Ye SHALL keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it SHALL surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul SHALL be cut off from among his people.
15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he SHALL surely be put to death.
16 Wherefore the children of Israel SHALL keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
EXODUS 32
1 And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which SHALL go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they SHALL inherit it for ever.
23 For they said unto me, Make us gods, which SHALL go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
30 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I SHALL make an atonement for your sin.
34 Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel SHALL go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.
EXODUS 33
14 And he said, My presence SHALL go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
16 For wherein SHALL it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so SHALL we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.
20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there SHALL no man see me, and live.
22 And it SHALL come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face SHALL not be seen.
EXODUS 34
3 And no man SHALL come up with thee, neither let any man be seen throughout all the mount; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.
10 And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art SHALL see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.
13 But ye SHALL destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:
20 But the firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. All the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem. And none SHALL appear before me empty.
23 Thrice in the year SHALL all your menchildren appear before the LORD God, the God of Israel.
24 For I will cast out the nations before thee, and enlarge thy borders: neither SHALL any man desire thy land, when thou shalt go up to appear before the LORD thy God thrice in the year.
25 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither SHALL the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.
30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were AFRAID to come nigh him.
EXODUS 35
2 Six days SHALL work be done, but on the seventh day there SHALL be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein SHALL be put to death.
3 Ye SHALL kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
10 And every wise hearted among you SHALL come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded;
EXODUS 40
9 And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it SHALL be holy.
10 And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it SHALL be an altar most holy.
15 And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing SHALL surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
