NUMBERS 8 2 Speak unto AARON and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick. 3 And AARON did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses. 11 And AARON shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD. 13 And thou shalt set the Levites before AARON, and before his sons, and offer them for an offering unto the LORD. 19 And I have given the Levites as a gift to AARON and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary. 20 And Moses, and AARON, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites according unto all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them. 21 And the Levites were purified, and they washed their clothes; and AARON offered them as an offering before the LORD; and AARON made an atonement for them to cleanse them. 22 And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before AARON, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they unto them. 24 This is it that belongeth unto the Levites: from twenty and FIVE years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: NUMBERS 9 6 And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before AARON on that day: 15 And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle, namely, the tent of the testimony: and at even there was upon the tabernacle as it were the appearance of FIRE, until the morning. 16 So it was alway: the cloud covered it by day, and the appearance of FIRE by night. NUMBERS 10 8 And the sons of AARON, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations. NUMBERS 11 1 And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the FIRE of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. 2 And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the FIRE was quenched. 3 And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the FIRE of the LORD burnt among them. 14 I am not ABLE to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. 19 Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor FIVE days, neither ten days, nor twenty days; NUMBERS 12 1 And Miriam and AARON spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. 4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto AARON, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out. 5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called AARON and Miriam: and they both came forth. 10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and AARON looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. 11 And AARON said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned. NUMBERS 13 26 And they went and came to Moses, and to AARON, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land. 30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well ABLE to overcome it. 31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not ABLE to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. NUMBERS 14 2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against AARON: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness! 5 Then Moses and AARON fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel. 14 And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that thou LORD art among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy cloud standeth over them, and that thou goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of FIRE by night. 16 Because the LORD was not ABLE to bring this people into the land which he sware unto them, therefore he hath slain them in the wilderness. 26 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto AARON, saying, NUMBERS 15 3 And will make an offering by FIRE unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd or of the flock: 10 And thou shalt bring for a drink offering half an hin of wine, for an offering made by FIRE, of a sweet savour unto the LORD. 13 All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by FIRE, of a sweet savour unto the LORD. 14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by FIRE, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do. 25 And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by FIRE unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance: 33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and AARON, and unto all the congregation. NUMBERS 16 3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against AARON, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD? 7 And put FIRE therein, and put incense in them before the LORD to morrow: and it shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi. 11 For which cause both thou and all thy company are gathered together against the LORD: and what is AARON, that ye murmur against him? 16 And Moses said unto Korah, Be thou and all thy company before the LORD, thou, and they, and AARON, to morrow: 17 And take every man his censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also, and AARON, each of you his censer. 18 And they took every man his censer, and put FIRE in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and AARON. 20 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto AARON, saying, 35 And there came out a FIRE from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense. 37 Speak unto Eleazar the son of AARON the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the FIRE yonder; for they are hallowed. 40 To be a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of AARON, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses. 41 But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against AARON, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD. 42 And it came to pass, when the congregation was gathered against Moses and against AARON, that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared. 43 And Moses and AARON came before the tabernacle of the congregation. 46 And Moses said unto AARON, Take a censer, and put FIRE therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun. 47 And AARON took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people. 50 And AARON returned unto Moses unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the plague was stayed. --MORE-- |
