EZEKIEL 18 5 But IF a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, 10 IF he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things, 14 Now, lo, IF he beget a son, that seeth all his father's sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like, 21 But IF the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. EZEKIEL 20 11 And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments, which IF a man do, he shall even live in them. 13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which IF a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them. 21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which IF a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness. 39 As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, IF ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols. EZEKIEL 21 13 Because it is a trial, and what IF the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more, saith the Lord GOD. EZEKIEL 27 35 All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore AFRAID, they shall be troubled in their countenance. EZEKIEL 30 9 In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians AFRAID, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh. EZEKIEL 33 2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, IF the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: 3 IF when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; 4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; IF the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. 6 But IF the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; IF the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand. 8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; IF thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 9 Nevertheless, IF thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; IF he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. 10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, IF our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live? 13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; IF he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it. 14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; IF he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; 15 IF the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die. 19 But IF the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby. EZEKIEL 34 28 And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 39 26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 43 11 And IF they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them. EZEKIEL 46 16 Thus saith the Lord GOD; IF the prince give a gift unto any of his sons, the inheritance thereof shall be his sons'; it shall be their possession by inheritance. 17 But IF he give a gift of his inheritance to one of his servants, then it shall be his to the year of liberty; after it shall return to the prince: but his inheritance shall be his sons' for them. DANIEL 2 5 The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: IF ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill. 6 But IF ye shew the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honour: therefore shew me the dream, and the interpretation thereof. 9 But IF ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof. DANIEL 3 15 Now IF ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but IF ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? 17 IF it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But IF not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. DANIEL 4 5 I saw a dream which made me AFRAID, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. 27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; IF it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity. DANIEL 5 16 And I have heard of thee, that thou canst make interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now IF thou canst read the writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold about thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom. DANIEL 8 17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. HOSEA 6 3 Then shall we know, IF we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth. HOSEA 8 7 For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: IF so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up. JOEL 2 14 Who knoweth IF he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God? 22 Be not AFRAID, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. JOEL 3 4 Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and IF ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head; AMOS 3 4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, IF he have taken nothing? 6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be AFRAID? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? AMOS 6 9 And it shall come to pass, IF there remain ten men in one house, that they shall die. OBADIAH 1 5 IF thieves came to thee, IF robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? IF the grapegatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes? JONAH 1 5 Then the mariners were AFRAID, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. 6 So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, IF so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not. 10 Then were the men exceedingly AFRAID, and said unto him.
