DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. DEUTERONOMY 28 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 31 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. DEUTERONOMY 33 21 And he provided the first PART for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel. JOSHUA 1 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. JOSHUA 9 24 And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how that the LORD thy God commanded his servant Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore AFRAID of our lives because of you, and have done this thing. JOSHUA 11 6 And the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not AFRAID because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire. JOSHUA 14 4 For the children of Joseph were two tribes, Manasseh and Ephraim: therefore they gave no PART unto the Levites in the land, save cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for their cattle and for their substance. JOSHUA 15 1 This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; even to the border of Edom the wilderness of Zin southward was the uttermost PART of the south coast. 5 And the east border was the salt sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the uttermost PART of Jordan: 13 And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a PART among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron. JOSHUA 18 7 But the Levites have no PART among you; for the priesthood of the LORD is their inheritance: and Gad, and Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh, have received their inheritance beyond Jordan on the east, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them. JOSHUA 19 9 Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the PART of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them. JOSHUA 22 25 For the LORD hath made Jordan a border between us and you, ye children of Reuben and children of Gad; ye have no PART in the LORD: so shall your children make our children cease from fearing the LORD. 27 But that it may be a witness between us, and you, and our generations after us, that we might do the service of the LORD before him with our burnt offerings, and with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your children may not say to our children in time to come, Ye have no PART in the LORD. JUDGES 7 3 Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and AFRAID, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand. RUTH 1 17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death PART thee and me. RUTH 2 3 And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a PART of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of the kindred of Elimelech. RUTH 3 8 And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was AFRAID, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet. 13 Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto thee the PART of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman's PART: but if he will not do the PART of a kinsman to thee, then will I do the PART of a kinsman to thee, as the LORD liveth: lie down until the morning. 1 SAMUEL 4 7 And the Philistines were AFRAID, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! for there hath not been such a thing heretofore. 1 SAMUEL 7 7 And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were AFRAID of the Philistines. 1 SAMUEL 9 8 And the servant answered Saul again, and said, Behold, I have here at hand the fourth PART of a shekel of silver: that will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way. 1 SAMUEL 14 2 And Saul tarried in the uttermost PART of Gibeah under a pomegranate tree which is in Migron: and the people that were with him were about six hundred men; 1 SAMUEL 17 11 When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly AFRAID. 24 And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, and were sore AFRAID. 1 SAMUEL 18 12 And Saul was AFRAID of David, because the LORD was with him, and was departed from Saul. 15 Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was AFRAID of him. 29 And Saul was yet the more AFRAID of David; and Saul became David's enemy continually. 1 SAMUEL 21 1 Then came David to Nob to Ahimelech the priest: and Ahimelech was AFRAID at the meeting of David, and said unto him, Why art thou alone, and no man with thee? 12 And David laid up these words in his heart, and was sore AFRAID of Achish the king of Gath. 1 SAMUEL 23 3 And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be AFRAID here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines? 20 Now therefore, O king, come down according to all the desire of thy soul to come down; and our PART shall be to deliver him into the king's hand. 1 SAMUEL 28 5 And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was AFRAID, and his heart greatly trembled. 13 And the king said unto her, Be not AFRAID: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore AFRAID, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night. 1 SAMUEL 30 24 For who will hearken unto you in this matter? but as his PART is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his PART be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall PART alike. 1 SAMUEL 31 4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore AFRAID. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 2 SAMUEL 1 14 And David said unto him, How wast thou not AFRAID to stretch forth thine hand to destroy the LORD's anointed? 2 SAMUEL 6 9 And David was AFRAID of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me? 2 SAMUEL 14 6 And thy handmaid had two sons, and they two strove together in the field, and there was none to PART them, but the one smote the other, and slew him. 15 Now therefore that I am come to speak of this thing unto my lord the king, it is because the people have made me AFRAID: and thy handmaid said, I will now speak unto the king; it may be that the king will perform the request of his handmaid. 2 SAMUEL 17 2 And I will come upon him while he is weary and weak handed, and will make him AFRAID: and all the people that are with him shall flee; and I will smite the king only: 2 SAMUEL 18 2 And David sent forth a third PART of the people under the hand of Joab, and a third PART under the hand of Abishai the son of Zeruiah, Joab's brother, and a third PART under the hand of Ittai the Gittite. And the king said unto the people, I will surely go forth with you myself also. 2 SAMUEL 20 1 And there happened to be there a man of Belial, whose name was Sheba, the son of Bichri, a Benjamite: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We have no PART in David, neither have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to his tents, O Israel. 2 SAMUEL 22 5 When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me AFRAID; 46 Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be AFRAID out of their close places. 1 KINGS 1 49 And all the guests that were with Adonijah were AFRAID, and rose up, and went every man his way. 1 KINGS 6 24 And five cubits was the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the cherub: from the uttermost PART of the one wing unto the uttermost PART of the other were ten cubits. 31 And for the entering of the oracle he made doors of olive tree: the lintel and side posts were a fifth PART of the wall. 33 So also made he for the door of the temple posts of olive tree, a fourth PART of the wall. --MORE-- |
