LEVITICUS 22 22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, NOR make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD. LEVITICUS 26 1 Ye shall make you no idols NOR graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God. 6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you AFRAID: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. LEVITICUS 27 10 He shall not alter it, NOR change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy. DEUTERONOMY 2 4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be AFRAID of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore: 19 And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, NOR meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession. 27 Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand NOR to the left. 37 Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, NOR unto any place of the river Jabbok, NOR unto the cities in the mountains, NOR unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us. DEUTERONOMY 4 28 And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, NOR hear, NOR eat, NOR smell. 31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, NOR forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. DEUTERONOMY 5 5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were AFRAID by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying, 9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, NOR serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, 14 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, NOR thy son, NOR thy daughter, NOR thy manservant, NOR thy maidservant, NOR thine ox, NOR thine ass, NOR any of thy cattle, NOR thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. DEUTERONOMY 7 2 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, NOR shew mercy unto them: 3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, NOR his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. 7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, NOR choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: 18 Thou shalt not be AFRAID of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; 19 The great temptations which thine eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the stretched out arm, whereby the LORD thy God brought thee out: so shall the LORD thy God do unto all the people of whom thou art AFRAID. 25 The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, NOR take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therin: for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God. DEUTERONOMY 9 9 When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant which the LORD made with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread NOR drink water: 18 And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and forty nights: I did neither eat bread, NOR drink water, because of all your sins which ye sinned, in doing wickedly in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger. 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. 23 Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and ye believed him not, NOR hearkened to his voice. 27 Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, NOR to their wickedness, NOR to their sin: DEUTERONOMY 10 9 Wherefore Levi hath no part NOR inheritance with his brethren; the LORD is his inheritance, according as the LORD thy God promised him. 17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, NOR taketh reward: DEUTERONOMY 12 12 And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part NOR inheritance with you. 17 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, NOR any of thy vows which thou vowest, NOR thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand: 32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, NOR diminish from it. DEUTERONOMY 13 6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, NOR thy fathers; 8 Thou shalt not consent unto him, NOR hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: DEUTERONOMY 14 1 Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, NOR make any baldness between your eyes for the dead. 8 And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, NOR touch their dead carcase. 27 And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part NOR inheritance with thee. 29 And the Levite, (because he hath no part NOR inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest. --MORE-- |
