2 CHRONICLES 18 21 And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the MOUTH of all his prophets. And the Lord said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so. 22 Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the MOUTH of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee. 2 CHRONICLES 20 15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not AFRAID nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. 2 CHRONICLES 32 7 Be strong and courageous, be not AFRAID nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 2 CHRONICLES 35 22 Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the MOUTH of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo. 2 CHRONICLES 36 12 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and humbled not himself before Jeremiah the prophet speaking from the MOUTH of the LORD. 21 To fulfil the word of the LORD by the MOUTH of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years. 22 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the MOUTH of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, EZRA 1 1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the MOUTH of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, NEHEMIAH 2 2 Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. Then I was very sore AFRAID, NEHEMIAH 4 14 And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye AFRAID of them: remember the LORD, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses. NEHEMIAH 6 9 For they all made us AFRAID, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands. 13 Therefore was he hired, that I should be AFRAID, and do so, and sin, and that they might have matter for an evil report, that they might reproach me. NEHEMIAH 9 20 Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them, and withheldest not thy manna from their MOUTH, and gavest them water for their thirst. ESTHER 7 6 And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was AFRAID before the king and the queen. 8 Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther was. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of king's MOUTH, they covered Haman's face. JOB 3 1 After this opened Job his MOUTH, and cursed his day. 25 For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was AFRAID of is come unto me. JOB 5 15 But he saveth the poor from the sword, from their MOUTH, and from the hand of the mighty. 16 So the poor hath hope, and iniquity stoppeth her MOUTH. 21 Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be AFRAID of destruction when it cometh. 22 At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be AFRAID of the beasts of the earth. JOB 6 21 For now ye are nothing; ye see my casting down, and are AFRAID. JOB 7 11 Therefore I will not refrain my MOUTH; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul. JOB 8 2 How long wilt thou speak these things? and how long shall the words of thy MOUTH be like a strong wind? 21 Till he fill thy MOUTH with laughing, and thy lips with rejoicing. JOB 9 20 If I justify myself, mine own MOUTH shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse. 28 I am AFRAID of all my sorrows, I know that thou wilt not hold me innocent. JOB 11 19 Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make thee AFRAID; yea, many shall make suit unto thee. JOB 12 11 Doth not the ear try words? and the MOUTH taste his meat? JOB 13 11 Shall not his excellency make you AFRAID? and his dread fall upon you? 21 Withdraw thine hand far from me: and let not thy dread make me AFRAID. JOB 15 5 For thy MOUTH uttereth thine iniquity, and thou choosest the tongue of the crafty. 6 Thine own MOUTH condemneth thee, and not I: yea, thine own lips testify against thee. 13 That thou turnest thy spirit against God, and lettest such words go out of thy MOUTH? 24 Trouble and anguish shall make him AFRAID; they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle. 30 He shall not depart out of darkness; the flame shall dry up his branches, and by the breath of his MOUTH shall he go away. JOB 16 5 But I would strengthen you with my MOUTH, and the moving of my lips should asswage your grief. 10 They have gaped upon me with their MOUTH; they have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully; they have gathered themselves together against me. JOB 18 11 Terrors shall make him AFRAID on every side, and shall drive him to his feet. JOB 19 16 I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my MOUTH. 29 Be ye AFRAID of the sword: for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment. JOB 20 12 Though wickedness be sweet in his MOUTH, though he hide it under his tongue; 13 Though he spare it, and forsake it not; but keep it still within his MOUTH: JOB 21 5 Mark me, and be astonished, and lay your hand upon your MOUTH. 6 Even when I remember I am AFRAID, and trembling taketh hold on my flesh. JOB 22 22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his MOUTH, and lay up his words in thine heart. JOB 23 4 I would order my cause before him, and fill my MOUTH with arguments. 12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his MOUTH more than my necessary food. 15 Therefore am I troubled at his presence: when I consider, I am AFRAID of him. --MORE-- |
