DEUTERONOMY 9 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. DEUTERONOMY 13 17 And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and SHEW thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers; DEUTERONOMY 17 9 And thou shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall SHEW thee the sentence of judgment: 10 And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall SHEW thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee: 11 According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall tell thee, thou shalt do: thou shalt not decline from the sentence which they shall SHEW thee, to the right hand, nor to the left. DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. DEUTERONOMY 28 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 50 A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor SHEW favour to the young: 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 31 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. DEUTERONOMY 32 7 Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will SHEW thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee. JOSHUA 1 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. JOSHUA 2 12 Now therefore, I pray you, swear unto me by the LORD, since I have shewed you kindness, that ye will also SHEW kindness unto my father's house, and give me a true token: JOSHUA 5 6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the LORD sware that he would not SHEW them the land, which the LORD sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey. JOSHUA 9 24 And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how that the LORD thy God commanded his servant Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore AFRAID of our lives because of you, and have done this thing.
