DEUTERONOMY 9 4 Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath CAST them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee. 17 And I took the two tables, and CAST them out of my two hands, and brake them before your eyes. 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. 21 And I took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt it with fire, and stamped it, and ground it very small, even until it was as small as dust: and I CAST the dust thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount. JOSHUA 8 29 And the king of Ai he hanged on a tree until eventide: and as soon as the sun was down, Joshua commanded that they should take his carcase down from the tree, and CAST it at the entering of the gate of the city, and raise thereon a great heap of stones, that remaineth unto this day. JOSHUA 9 24 And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how that the LORD thy God commanded his servant Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore AFRAID of our lives because of you, and have done this thing. JOSHUA 10 11 And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the LORD CAST down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword. 27 And it came to pass at the time of the going down of the sun, that Joshua commanded, and they took them down off the trees, and CAST them into the cave wherein they had been hid, and laid great stones in the cave's mouth, which remain until this very day.
