ISAIAH 19 16 In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be AFRAID and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it. 17 And the land of Judah shall be a terror unto Egypt, every one that maketh mention thereof shall be AFRAID in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it. ISAIAH 50 10 Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the NAME of the LORD, and stay upon his God. ISAIAH 52 5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my NAME continually every day is blasphemed. 6 Therefore my people shall know my NAME: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I. ISAIAH 54 5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his NAME; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. ISAIAH 55 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a NAME, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. ISAIAH 56 5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a NAME better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting NAME, that shall not be cut off. 6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the NAME of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; ISAIAH 57 11 And of whom hast thou been AFRAID or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not? 15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose NAME is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. ISAIAH 59 19 So shall they fear the NAME of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. ISAIAH 60 9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the NAME of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee. ISAIAH 61 10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride ADORNETH herself with her jewels. ISAIAH 62 2 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new NAME, which the mouth of the LORD shall NAME. ISAIAH 63 12 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting NAME? 14 As a beast goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious NAME. 16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy NAME is from everlasting. 19 We are thine: thou never barest rule over them; they were not called by thy NAME. --MORE-- |
