LEVITICUS 26 17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall FLEE when none pursueth you. 36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall FLEE, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. NUMBERS 11 11 And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore HAST thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me? 21 And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou HAST said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month. NUMBERS 14 17 And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my LORD be great, according as thou HAST spoken, saying, 19 Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou HAST forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now. NUMBERS 16 13 Is it a small thing that thou HAST brought us up out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make thyself altogether a prince over us? 14 Moreover thou HAST not brought us into a land that floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up. NUMBERS 22 28 And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou HAST smitten me these three times? 29 And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou HAST mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee. 30 And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou HAST ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay. 32 And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Wherefore HAST thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me: NUMBERS 23 11 And Balak said unto Balaam, What HAST thou done unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou HAST blessed them altogether. NUMBERS 35 6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may FLEE thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. 11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may FLEE thither, which killeth any person at unawares. 15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may FLEE thither. --MORE-- |
