JUDGES 9 22 When Abimelech had REIGNED three years over Israel, RUTH 3 8 And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was AFRAID, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet. 1 SAMUEL 4 7 And the Philistines were AFRAID, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! for there hath not been such a thing heretofore. 1 SAMUEL 7 7 And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were AFRAID of the Philistines. 1 SAMUEL 13 1 Saul REIGNED one year; and when he had REIGNED two years over Israel, 1 SAMUEL 17 11 When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly AFRAID. 24 And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, and were sore AFRAID. 1 SAMUEL 18 12 And Saul was AFRAID of David, because the LORD was with him, and was departed from Saul. 15 Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was AFRAID of him. 29 And Saul was yet the more AFRAID of David; and Saul became David's enemy continually. 1 SAMUEL 21 1 Then came David to Nob to Ahimelech the priest: and Ahimelech was AFRAID at the meeting of David, and said unto him, Why art thou alone, and no man with thee? 12 And David laid up these words in his heart, and was sore AFRAID of Achish the king of Gath. 1 SAMUEL 23 3 And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be AFRAID here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines? 1 SAMUEL 28 5 And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was AFRAID, and his heart greatly trembled. 13 And the king said unto her, Be not AFRAID: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore AFRAID, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night. 1 SAMUEL 31 4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore AFRAID. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 2 SAMUEL 1 14 And David said unto him, How wast thou not AFRAID to stretch forth thine hand to destroy the LORD's anointed? 2 SAMUEL 2 10 Ishbosheth Saul's son was forty years old when he began to reign over Israel, and REIGNED two years. But the house of Judah followed David. 2 SAMUEL 5 4 David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he REIGNED forty years. 5 In Hebron he REIGNED over Judah seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he REIGNED thirty and three years over all Israel and Judah. 2 SAMUEL 6 9 And David was AFRAID of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me? 2 SAMUEL 8 15 And David REIGNED over all Israel; and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people. 2 SAMUEL 10 1 And it came to pass after this, that the king of the children of Ammon died, and Hanun his son REIGNED in his stead. 2 SAMUEL 14 15 Now therefore that I am come to speak of this thing unto my lord the king, it is because the people have made me AFRAID: and thy handmaid said, I will now speak unto the king; it may be that the king will perform the request of his handmaid. 2 SAMUEL 16 8 The LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast REIGNED; and the LORD hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man. 2 SAMUEL 17 2 And I will come upon him while he is weary and weak handed, and will make him AFRAID: and all the people that are with him shall flee; and I will smite the king only: 2 SAMUEL 22 5 When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me AFRAID; 46 Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be AFRAID out of their close places. 1 KINGS 1 49 And all the guests that were with Adonijah were AFRAID, and rose up, and went every man his way. 1 KINGS 2 11 And the days that David REIGNED over Israel were forty years: seven years REIGNED he in Hebron, and thirty and three years REIGNED he in Jerusalem. 1 KINGS 4 21 And Solomon REIGNED over all kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines, and unto the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life. 1 KINGS 11 24 And he gathered men unto him, and became captain over a band, when David slew them of Zobah: and they went to Damascus, and dwelt therein, and REIGNED in Damascus. 25 And he was an adversary to Israel all the days of Solomon, beside the mischief that Hadad did: and he abhorred Israel, and REIGNED over Syria. 42 And the time that Solomon REIGNED in Jerusalem over all Israel was forty years. 43 And Solomon slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David his father: and Rehoboam his son REIGNED in his stead. 1 KINGS 12 17 But as for the children of Israel which dwelt in the cities of Judah, Rehoboam REIGNED over them. 1 KINGS 14 19 And the rest of the acts of Jeroboam, how he warred, and how he REIGNED, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel. 20 And the days which Jeroboam REIGNED were two and twenty years: and he slept with his fathers, and Nadab his son REIGNED in his stead. 21 And Rehoboam the son of Solomon REIGNED in Judah. Rehoboam was forty and one years old when he began to reign, and he REIGNED seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD did choose out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother's name was Naamah an Ammonitess. 31 And Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David. And his mother's name was Naamah an Ammonitess. And Abijam his son REIGNED in his stead. 1 KINGS 15 1 Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam the son of Nebat REIGNED Abijam over Judah. 2 Three years REIGNED he in Jerusalem. and his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom. 8 And Abijam slept with his fathers; and they buried him in the city of David: and Asa his son REIGNED in his stead. 9 And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel REIGNED Asa over Judah. 10 And forty and one years REIGNED he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom. 24 And Asa slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father: and Jehoshaphat his son REIGNED in his stead. 25 And Nadab the son of Jeroboam began to reign over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and REIGNED over Israel two years. 28 Even in the third year of Asa king of Judah did Baasha slay him, and REIGNED in his stead. 29 And it came to pass, when he REIGNED, that he smote all the house of Jeroboam; he left not to Jeroboam any that breathed, until he had destroyed him, according unto the saying of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Ahijah the Shilonite: --MORE-- |
