EXODUS 22 1 If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen FOR an ox, and four sheep FOR a sheep. 2 If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed FOR him. 3 If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed FOR him; FOR he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold FOR his theft. 9 FOR all manner of trespass, whether it be FOR ox, FOR ass, FOR sheep, FOR raiment, or FOR any manner of lost thing which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour. 13 If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it FOR witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn. 15 But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came FOR his hire. 21 Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: FOR ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. 27 FOR that is his covering only, it is his raiment FOR his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; FOR I am gracious. EXODUS 24 14 And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here FOR us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them. EXODUS 25 6 Oil FOR the light, spices FOR anointing oil, and FOR sweet incense, 12 And thou shalt cast four rings of gold FOR it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it. 26 And thou shalt make FOR it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof. 27 Over against the border shall the rings be FOR places of the staves to bear the table. EXODUS 26 14 And thou shalt make a covering FOR the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering above of badgers' skins. 15 And thou shalt make boards FOR the tabernacle of shittim wood standing up. 17 Two tenons shall there be in one board, set in order one against another: thus shalt thou make FOR all the boards of the tabernacle. 18 And thou shalt make the boards FOR the tabernacle, twenty boards on the south side southward. 19 And thou shalt make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board FOR his two tenons, and two sockets under another board FOR his two tenons. 20 And FOR the second side of the tabernacle on the north side there shall be twenty boards: 22 And FOR the sides of the tabernacle westward thou shalt make six boards. 23 And two boards shalt thou make FOR the corners of the tabernacle in the two sides. 24 And they shall be coupled together beneath, and they shall be coupled together above the head of it unto one ring: thus shall it be FOR them both; they shall be FOR the two corners. 26 And thou shalt make bars of shittim wood; five FOR the boards of the one side of the tabernacle, 27 And five bars FOR the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars FOR the boards of the side of the tabernacle, FOR the two sides westward. 29 And thou shalt overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold FOR places FOR the bars: and thou shalt overlay the bars with gold. 36 And thou shalt make an hanging FOR the door of the tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework. 37 And thou shalt make FOR the hanging five pillars of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, and their hooks shall be of gold: and thou shalt cast five sockets of brass FOR them. EXODUS 27 4 And thou shalt make FOR it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof. 6 And thou shalt make staves FOR the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass. 9 And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: FOR the south side southward there shall be hangings FOR the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long FOR one side: 11 And likewise FOR the north side in length there shall be hangings of an hundred cubits long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver. 12 And FOR the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. 16 And FOR the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four. 20 And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten FOR the light, to cause the lamp to burn always. 21 In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: it shall be a statute FOR ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel. EXODUS 28 2 And thou shalt make holy garments FOR Aaron thy brother FOR glory and FOR beauty. 4 And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments FOR Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office. 12 And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulders of the ephod FOR stones of memorial unto the children of Israel: and Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD upon his two shoulders FOR a memorial. 29 And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, FOR a memorial before the LORD continually. 40 And FOR Aaron's sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make FOR them girdles, and bonnets shalt thou make FOR them, FOR glory and FOR beauty. 43 And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute FOR ever unto him and his seed after him. EXODUS 29 9 And thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: and the priest's office shall be theirs FOR a perpetual statute: and thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons. 22 Also thou shalt take of the ram the fat and the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder; FOR it is a ram of consecration: 24 And thou shalt put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons; and shalt wave them FOR a wave offering before the LORD. 25 And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar FOR a burnt offering, FOR a sweet savour before the LORD: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD. 26 And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron's consecration, and wave it FOR a wave offering before the LORD: and it shall be thy part. 27 And thou shalt sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is FOR Aaron, and of that which is FOR his sons: 28 And it shall be Aaron's and his sons' by a statute FOR ever from the children of Israel: FOR it is an heave offering: and it shall be an heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering unto the LORD. 36 And thou shalt offer every day a bullock FOR a sin offering FOR atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement FOR it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it. 37 Seven days thou shalt make an atonement FOR the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy. 40 And with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine FOR a drink offering. 41 And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, FOR a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the LORD. --MORE-- |
