DEUTERONOMY 23 10 If there be AMONG you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp: 16 He shall dwell with thee, even AMONG you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him. DEUTERONOMY 24 7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from AMONG you. DEUTERONOMY 26 11 And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is AMONG you. DEUTERONOMY 28 37 And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, AMONG all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee. 54 So that the man that is tender AMONG you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave: 56 The tender and delicate woman AMONG you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter, 64 And the LORD shall scatter thee AMONG all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. 65 And AMONG these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: DEUTERONOMY 29 17 And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were AMONG them:) 18 Lest there should be AMONG you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be AMONG you a root that beareth gall and wormwood; DEUTERONOMY 30 1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind AMONG all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, DEUTERONOMY 31 16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be AMONG them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them. 17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not AMONG us? DEUTERONOMY 32 26 I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from AMONG men: 34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up AMONG my treasures? 46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify AMONG you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. 51 Because ye trespassed against me AMONG the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. JOSHUA 3 5 And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the LORD will do wonders AMONG you. 10 And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is AMONG you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites. JOSHUA 4 6 That this may be a sign AMONG you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones? JOSHUA 7 11 Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even AMONG their own stuff. 12 Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from AMONG you. 13 Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the LORD God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from AMONG you. 21 When I saw AMONG the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it. JOSHUA 9 7 And the men of Israel said unto the Hivites, Peradventure ye dwell AMONG us; and how shall we make a league with you? 16 And it came to pass at the end of three days after they had made a league with them, that they heard that they were their neighbours, and that they dwelt AMONG them. 22 And Joshua called for them, and he spake unto them, saying, Wherefore have ye beguiled us, saying, We are very far from you; when ye dwell AMONG us? JOSHUA 10 1 Now it came to pass, when Adonizedec king of Jerusalem had heard how Joshua had taken Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were AMONG them; JOSHUA 13 13 Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites, nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell AMONG the Israelites until this day. 22 Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword AMONG them that were slain by them. JOSHUA 14 3 For Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and an half tribe on the other side Jordan: but unto the Levites he gave none inheritance AMONG them. 15 And the name of Hebron before was Kirjatharba; which Arba was a great man AMONG the Anakims. And the land had rest from war. JOSHUA 15 13 And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part AMONG the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron. JOSHUA 16 9 And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were AMONG the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages. 10 And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell AMONG the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute. JOSHUA 17 4 And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance AMONG our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance AMONG the brethren of their father. 6 Because the daughters of Manasseh had an inheritance AMONG his sons: and the rest of Manasseh's sons had the land of Gilead. 9 And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of Ephraim are AMONG the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea: JOSHUA 18 2 And there remained AMONG the children of Israel seven tribes, which had not yet received their inheritance. 4 Give out from AMONG you three men for each tribe: and I will send them, and they shall rise, and go through the land, and describe it according to the inheritance of them; and they shall come again to me. 7 But the Levites have no part AMONG you; for the priesthood of the LORD is their inheritance: and Gad, and Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh, have received their inheritance beyond Jordan on the east, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them. JOSHUA 19 49 When they had made an end of dividing the land for inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun AMONG them: JOSHUA 20 4 And when he that doth flee unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may dwell AMONG them. 9 These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth AMONG them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation. JOSHUA 22 7 Now to the one half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses had given possession in Bashan: but unto the other half thereof gave Joshua AMONG their brethren on this side Jordan westward. And when Joshua sent them away also unto their tents, then he blessed them, 14 And with him ten princes, of each chief house a prince throughout all the tribes of Israel; and each one was an head of the house of their fathers AMONG the thousands of Israel. 19 Notwithstanding, if the land of your possession be unclean, then pass ye over unto the land of the possession of the LORD, wherein the LORD's tabernacle dwelleth, and take possession AMONG us: but rebel not against the LORD, nor rebel against us, in building you an altar beside the altar of the LORD our God. 31 And Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest said unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the children of Manasseh, This day we perceive that the LORD is AMONG us, because ye have not committed this trespass against the LORD: now ye have delivered the children of Israel out of the hand of the LORD. --MORE-- |
