JOHN 15 1 I am the true vine, and my FATHER is the husbandman. 8 Herein is my FATHER glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 9 As the FATHER hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my FATHER's commandments, and abide in his love. 15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my FATHER I have made known unto you. 16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the FATHER in my name, he may give it you. 23 He that hateth me hateth my FATHER also. 24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my FATHER. 26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the FATHER, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the FATHER, he shall testify of me: JOHN 16 3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the FATHER, nor me. 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my FATHER, and ye see me no more; 15 All things that the FATHER hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 16 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the FATHER. 17 Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the FATHER? 23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the FATHER in my name, he will give it you. 25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the FATHER. 26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the FATHER for you: 27 For the FATHER himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. 28 I came forth from the FATHER, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the FATHER. 32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the FATHER is with me. JOHN 17 1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, FATHER, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 5 And now, O FATHER, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy FATHER, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 21 That they all may be one; as thou, FATHER, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 24 FATHER, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous FATHER, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. JOHN 18 11 Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my FATHER hath given me, shall I not drink it? 13 And led him away to Annas first; for he was FATHER in law to Caiaphas, which was the high priest that same year. JOHN 19 8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more AFRAID; JOHN 20 17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my FATHER: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my FATHER, and your FATHER; and to my God, and your God. 21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my FATHER hath sent me, even so send I you. ACTS 1 4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the FATHER, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the FATHER hath put in his own power. ACTS 2 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the FATHER the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. ACTS 7 2 And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our FATHER Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, 4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Charran: and from thence, when his FATHER was dead, he removed him into this land, wherein ye now dwell. 14 Then sent Joseph, and called his FATHER Jacob to him, and all his kindred, threescore and fifteen souls. 16 And were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulchre that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the FATHER of Sychem. 20 In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his FATHER's house three months: ACTS 9 26 And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all AFRAID of him, and believed not that he was a disciple. ACTS 10 4 And when he looked on him, he was AFRAID, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. ACTS 16 1 Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his FATHER was a Greek: 3 Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his FATHER was a Greek. ACTS 18 9 Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not AFRAID, but speak, and hold not thy peace: ACTS 22 9 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were AFRAID; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. 29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was AFRAID, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him. ACTS 28 8 And it came to pass, that the FATHER of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him. ROMANS 1 7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our FATHER, and the Lord Jesus Christ. ROMANS 4 1 What shall we say then that Abraham our FATHER, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the FATHER of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: 12 And the FATHER of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our FATHER Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised. 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the FATHER of us all, 17 (As it is written, I have made thee a FATHER of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the FATHER of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. --MORE-- |
