LEVITICUS 26 6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you AFRAID: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. 45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the SIGHT of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD. DEUTERONOMY 9 18 And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and forty nights: I did neither eat bread, nor drink water, because of all your sins which ye sinned, in doing wickedly in the SIGHT of the LORD, to provoke him to anger. 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. DEUTERONOMY 12 25 Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the SIGHT of the LORD. 28 Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the SIGHT of the LORD thy God. DEUTERONOMY 17 2 If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the SIGHT of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, DEUTERONOMY 18 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be AFRAID of him. DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. DEUTERONOMY 21 9 So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the SIGHT of the LORD. DEUTERONOMY 28 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 34 So that thou shalt be mad for the SIGHT of thine eyes which thou shalt see. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. 67 In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the SIGHT of thine eyes which thou shalt see. DEUTERONOMY 31 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 7 And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the SIGHT of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it. 29 For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the SIGHT of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands. DEUTERONOMY 34 12 And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the SIGHT of all Israel. JOSHUA 1 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. JOSHUA 3 7 And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the SIGHT of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee. JOSHUA 4 14 On that day the LORD magnified Joshua in the SIGHT of all Israel; and they feared him, as they feared Moses, all the days of his life. JOSHUA 9 24 And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how that the LORD thy God commanded his servant Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore AFRAID of our lives because of you, and have done this thing. JOSHUA 10 12 Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the SIGHT of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. JOSHUA 11 6 And the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not AFRAID because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire. JOSHUA 23 5 And the LORD your God, he shall expel them from before you, and drive them from out of your SIGHT; and ye shall possess their land, as the LORD your God hath promised unto you. JOSHUA 24 17 For the LORD our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our SIGHT, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed: JUDGES 2 11 And the children of Israel did evil in the SIGHT of the LORD, and served Baalim: --MORE-- |
