DEUTERONOMY 28 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and FLEE before thee seven ways. 25 The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and FLEE seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth. 26 And thy carcase shall be meat unto all FOWLS of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away. JOSHUA 8 5 And I, and all the people that are with me, will approach unto the city: and it shall come to pass, when they come out against us, as at the first, that we will FLEE before them, 6 (For they will come out after us) till we have drawn them from the city; for they will say, They FLEE before us, as at the first: therefore we will FLEE before them. 20 And when the men of Ai looked behind them, they saw, and, behold, the smoke of the city ascended up to heaven, and they had no power to FLEE this way or that way: and the people that fled to the wilderness turned back upon the pursuers.
