JUDGES 7 1 Then Jerubbaal, who is Gideon, and all the people that were with him, rose up early, and pitched beside the well of Harod: so that the host of the Midianites were on the north SIDE of them, by the hill of Moreh, in the valley. 3 Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and AFRAID, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand. 12 And the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the children of the east lay along in the valley like grasshoppers for multitude; and their camels were without number, as the sand by the sea SIDE for multitude. 18 When I blow with a trumpet, I and all that are with me, then blow ye the trumpets also on every SIDE of all the camp, and say, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon. 25 And they took two princes of the Midianites, Oreb and Zeeb; and they slew Oreb upon the rock Oreb, and Zeeb they slew at the winepress of Zeeb, and pursued Midian, and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other SIDE Jordan. JUDGES 8 34 And the children of Israel remembered not the LORD their God, who had delivered them out of the hands of all their enemies on every SIDE: JUDGES 10 8 And that year they vexed and oppressed the children of Israel: eighteen years, all the children of Israel that were on the other SIDE Jordan in the land of the Amorites, which is in Gilead. If I expressly say unto the lad, Behold, the arrows are on this SIDE of thee, take them; then come thou: for there is peace to thee, and no hurt; as the LORD liveth. 25 And the king sat upon his seat, as at other times, even upon a seat by the wall: and Jonathan arose, and Abner sat by Saul's SIDE, and David's place was empty. 1 SAMUEL 21 1 Then came David to Nob to Ahimelech the priest: and Ahimelech was AFRAID at the meeting of David, and said unto him, Why art thou alone, and no man with thee? 12 And David laid up these words in his heart, and was sore AFRAID of Achish the king of Gath. 1 SAMUEL 23 3 And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be AFRAID here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines? 26 And Saul went on this SIDE of the mountain, and David and his men on that SIDE of the mountain: and David made haste to get away for fear of Saul; for Saul and his men compassed David and his men round about to take them. 1 SAMUEL 26 13 Then David went over to the other SIDE, and stood on the top of an hill afar off; a great space being between them: 1 SAMUEL 28 5 And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was AFRAID, and his heart greatly trembled. 13 And the king said unto her, Be not AFRAID: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore AFRAID, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night. 1 SAMUEL 31 4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore AFRAID. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 7 And when the men of Israel that were on the other SIDE of the valley, and they that were on the other SIDE Jordan, saw that the men of Israel fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they forsook the cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them. 2 SAMUEL 1 14 And David said unto him, How wast thou not AFRAID to stretch forth thine hand to destroy the LORD's anointed? 2 SAMUEL 2 13 And Joab the son of Zeruiah, and the servants of David, went out, and met together by the pool of Gibeon: and they sat down, the one on the one SIDE of the pool, and the other on the other SIDE of the pool. 16 And they caught every one his fellow by the head, and thrust his sword in his fellow's SIDE; so they fell down together: wherefore that place was called Helkathhazzurim, which is in Gibeon. 2 SAMUEL 6 9 And David was AFRAID of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me? 2 SAMUEL 13 34 But Absalom fled.
