LEVITICUS 2 2 And he shall bring it to AARON'S sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: 3 And the remnant of the meat offering shall be AARON'S and his sons': it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire. 10 And that which is left of the meat offering shall be AARON'S and his sons': it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire. LEVITICUS 3 2 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and AARON'S sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about. 5 And AARON'S sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which is upon the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD. 8 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and AARON'S sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar. LEVITICUS 7 31 And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar: but the breast shall be AARON'S and his sons'. LEVITICUS 8 12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon AARON'S head, and anointed him, to sanctify him. 13 And Moses brought AARON'S sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the LORD commanded Moses. 23 And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of AARON'S right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot. 24 And he brought AARON'S sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. 27 And he put all upon AARON'S hands, and upon his sons' hands, and waved them for a wave offering before the LORD. LEVITICUS 9 12 And he slew the burnt offering; and AARON'S sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar. 18 He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and AARON'S sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about, LEVITICUS 24 9 And it shall be AARON'S and his sons'; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute. LEVITICUS 26 17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall FLEE when none pursueth you. 36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall FLEE, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. NUMBERS 10 35 And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee FLEE before thee. NUMBERS 17 3 And thou shalt write AARON'S name upon the rod of Levi: for one rod shall be for the head of the house of their fathers. 10 And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring AARON'S rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not. NUMBERS 24 11 Therefore now FLEE thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour. NUMBERS 35 6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may FLEE thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. 11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may FLEE thither, which killeth any person at unawares. 15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may FLEE thither. DEUTERONOMY 3 5 All these cities were fenced with high walls, GATES, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many. DEUTERONOMY 4 42 That the slayer might FLEE thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live: DEUTERONOMY 5 14 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy GATES; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. DEUTERONOMY 6 9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy GATES. DEUTERONOMY 11 20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy GATES: DEUTERONOMY 12 12 And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your GATES; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you. 15 Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy GATES, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart. 17 Thou mayest not eat within thy GATES the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand: 18 But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy GATES: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto. 21 If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy GATES whatsoever thy soul lusteth after. DEUTERONOMY 14 21 Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy GATES, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk. 27 And the Levite that is within thy GATES; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee. 28 At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy GATES: 29 And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy GATES, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest. DEUTERONOMY 15 7 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy GATES in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: 22 Thou shalt eat it within thy GATES: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart. DEUTERONOMY 16 5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy GATES, which the LORD thy God giveth thee: 11 And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy GATES, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. 14 And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy GATES. 18 Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy GATES, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment. DEUTERONOMY 17 2 If there be found among you, within any of thy GATES which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, 5 Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy GATES, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die. 8 If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy GATES: then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the LORD thy God shall choose; DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. 6 And if a Levite come from any of thy GATES out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose; DEUTERONOMY 19 3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may FLEE thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall FLEE thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; 5 As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall FLEE unto one of those cities, and live: --MORE-- |
