EZEKIEL 25 6 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou HAST clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel; EZEKIEL 27 3 And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, thou HAST said, I am of perfect beauty. 35 All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore AFRAID, they shall be troubled in their countenance. EZEKIEL 28 2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou HAST said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: 4 With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou HAST gotten thee riches, and HAST gotten gold and silver into thy treasures: 5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick HAST thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches: 6 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou HAST set thine heart as the heart of God; 13 Thou HAST been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou HAST walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou HAST sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou HAST corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18 Thou HAST defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. EZEKIEL 30 9 In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians AFRAID, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh. EZEKIEL 31 10 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou HAST lifted up thyself in height, and he hath shot up his top among the thick boughs, and his heart is lifted up in his height; EZEKIEL 32 9 I will also vex the hearts of many people, when I shall bring thy destruction among the nations, into the countries which thou HAST not known. 10 Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly AFRAID for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall. EZEKIEL 33 9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou HAST delivered thy soul. EZEKIEL 34 28 And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 35 5 Because thou HAST had a perpetual hatred, and HAST shed the blood of the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time that their iniquity had an end: 6 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou HAST not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee. 10 Because thou HAST said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there: 11 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou HAST used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee. 12 And thou shalt know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou HAST spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume. EZEKIEL 36 13 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they say unto you, Thou land devourest up men, and HAST bereaved thy nations: EZEKIEL 38 13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? HAST thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? EZEKIEL 39 26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them AFRAID. EZEKIEL 43 23 When thou HAST made an end of cleansing it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish. EZEKIEL 47 6 And he said unto me, Son of man, HAST thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river. DANIEL 2 23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who HAST given me wisdom and might, and HAST made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou HAST now made known unto us the king's matter. DANIEL 3 10 Thou, O king, HAST made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: 12 There are certain Jews whom thou HAST set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou HAST set up. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou HAST set up. DANIEL 4 5 I saw a dream which made me AFRAID, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. DANIEL 5 22 And thou his son, O Belshazzar, HAST not humbled thine heart, though thou knewest all this; 23 But HAST lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou HAST praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, HAST thou not glorified: DANIEL 6 12 Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king's decree; HAST thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not. 13 Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which is of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou HAST signed, but maketh his petition three times a day. DANIEL 8 17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. DANIEL 9 7 O LORD, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou HAST driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee. 15 And now, O Lord our God, that HAST brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and HAST gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly. DANIEL 10 19 And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou HAST strengthened me. HOSEA 4 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou HAST rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou HAST forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. HOSEA 9 1 Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou HAST gone a whoring from thy God, thou HAST loved a reward upon every cornfloor. HOSEA 10 9 O Israel, thou HAST sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them. HOSEA 13 9 O Israel, thou HAST destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help. HOSEA 14 1 O israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou HAST fallen by thine iniquity. JOEL 2 22 Be not AFRAID, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. AMOS 3 6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be AFRAID? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? OBADIAH 1 15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou HAST done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head. JONAH 1 5 Then the mariners were AFRAID, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. 10 Then were the men exceedingly AFRAID, and said unto him. Why HAST thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. 14 Wherefore they cried unto the LORD, and said, We beseech thee, O LORD, we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O LORD, HAST done as it pleased thee. --MORE-- |
